I can understand your feelings, I remember how I felt when I first had an injectable. To be honest it doesn't look like any problem at all, it's a bit bruised and swollen just like everyone else.
I can see it's a little fatter in the middle, is that what's concerning you ?
Is it possible to massage the pmma to make it more evenly distributed along the shaft ?

I wouldn't worry, it's just swelling. If the PMMA had moved position significantly then I'd be worried, but all that has happened is that it's ballooned and that is due to swelling. I know you are worried now, but as a veteran of numerous surgeries and someone who also swells badly, I can promise you that what has happened is perfectly normal. If you've ever seen any cosmetic surgery tv shows, they always look great when the surgeon finishes the operation and again when we see the patient a month later, but they don't show the month of healing inbetween. Most people wont experience this with PMMA, as it's a relatively minor non surgical procedure, but unfortunately we don't all react the same and you swell up. In a week (maybe 2) from now, it will look much more like it did straight after surgery.

Swelling is to be expected, and as Hoddle mentioned, swelling varies patient to patient. GSX actually had bleeding from the entry points longer than the average patient does but everything worked out fine. I don't know if the office recommended this, but I would recommend thoroughly massaging the shaft to (especially as the swelling subsides) to help even things out. Also, there is a reason why Dr. C recommends on a second session - and that is to correct any visual or aesthetic inconsistencies from the first procedure. Some quick questions: 1. How many CC's and what percentage of PMMA (10%, 20%, 30% ?) 2. How would you describe the feeling of your flaccid (this question may be more appropriately answered after a good amount of the swelling has gone, but I thought I'd ask anyways) But in all honesty, lets be thankful that as of at least right now, there are no apparent complications. Happy healing

Just read your message Ghost, an important tip with the healing process (with any procedure):
Healing and downtime is entirely about patience and discipline. Expect no form of "instant gratification" after having had your penis "instantly" enlarged. I think it's important to allow the swelling subside before allowing yourself to be concerned.

i think it looks great! super thick. if it turns out that it is thicker on that swollen part of your dick you can easily get the bottom half thickend up to match with a second procedure. thanks for all the pics and the key is patience.
