Guys,
idm was kind enough to share his experience with FFT surgery by Dr. Giunta and asked me to post it since many members here have asked the same types of questions. I thought it would be best to start a new thread because of the importance and relevance of this information.
I feel idm's experience is very valuable for anyone thinking about FFT with Dr. Giunta and it would be prudent to follow what idm recommends in order to get the best results from FFT with Dr. Giunta.
Again, a big thanks to idm for sharing his experience and recommendation here on the forum!
Hi-
I had my 2nd, but was considering a 3rd b/c of my starting dimensions.
At this point I know the following that I can share w/you.
If I were to do it all over again I would but differently, here's how:
1)Stretch/pump carefully for a year prior to any surgery.
2)Lengthening procedure done as the first, seperate procedure from girth enhancement, and after you stretched for another 6 mos THEN have a girth enhancement.
3) Would have had the fft, staged as I did, BUT the 2nd round, 3-4 mos after the 1rst as recommended to maximize opportunity for the grafts build upon each other.
Note: I didn't know then about the stretching/pumping...and it really makes a difference in HELPING to enlarge length and girth to some degree-If I were to approximate I'd say a solid inch in length.
I waited a year between 1rst operation and 2nd, and stretched in the meantime. The doctor like most is very busy, and I FEEL he should better explain the importance of having the 2nd phase closer to the first. Though I'm pleased w/my results and would do it again, I'm not completely satisfied and would follow the steps as prescribed above, as I sincerely believe it is a more efficient use of time and resources and would yield a greater aesthetic result ultimately.
If you be so kind please post this in a thread as others have asked my opinion on fft and I haven't had time to respond to every question.
Thank you!

One recommendation by idm is to stage the procedures by getting the lengthening done first THEN getting girth enhancement. I know this is what the guy from thegrip highly advocates, whether it be Giunta, Reed, Rosenthal, etc.
FFT with PRP by Dr. Giunta might be something to consider for those considering girth enhancement including those who have had the implant removed and lost length - Dr. Giunta mentions this on this website.
Great information, idm!!
