Does anyone know anything about Dr. Krakovsky? I personally think his procedure looks good, but I'm skeptical still.
Has anyone had work done by him, or know anyone who has?

Ghost, I have the same questions about him and would appreciate anyone that can help enlighten us. I contacted him about PE surgery and cost. He is about $12k for lengthening and widening use dermal grafts. Alloderm and Belloderm are more money. Beyond that, I don't know much about him.

His dermal grafting has me a bit excited, due to the before and afters, but why not put your name on your website? Why not have more photos if you are so experienced? I don't get it.

You can contact Dan Levin and see what he had to say: www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/Rachmunas4lifemaxyoursize@gmail.com

Not only contact Dan Levin about Dr. K, but also contact Chad Hedman. You will probably get conflicting information, but you must judge for yourself. Also get Ken Beaton's thoughts on Dr. K. Hope this helps.

I've seen results from Dr K for years and they have always looked fantastic to me. He's just very pricey!

Ghost I had dermals done with dr k the day before chad had his done, which we all know turned into a nightmare. Mine is fine, I was massive at first then lost some and then it settled down to what I have now I would like to be even bigger, but dr k wont do another procedure because he said my skin is too tight and it would cause necrosis. I asked him about the chad thing and he said chad was on steroids a big no no and didnt follow instructions. whose telling the truth none of us know, but what we do know for a fact is chad is a con man, I got the impression dr k was pissed at chad for charging so much commission, Any way I rang dr rosenthal to see if he would do a dermal and he told me to go back to dr k as he was the best at dermals. I have been told not too have belladerm inserted over dermals, so I have nowhere else to go. All in all I would recommend Dr k but certainly dont take my word for it, try and speak to others who have had it done, and not from peoples web site. The problem you have is that if someone has had a great result they usually drop out the pe scene and get on with there lives. Good luck in your choice

iain01How long ago did you have your dermals done? Pre-op measurements vs. post? Did you get lengthening done also? A bunch of questions, but I'm trying to get an idea of what Dr K is capable of. I'm planning on doing something in the next year and haven't figured out what to do yet. I see my choices as follows: 1 - PRFM (Dr. Runels) 2 - PMMA 3 - Dr K 4 - Dr Guinta w/ the FFT PRP method Just trying to figure out the best route for me.

Thanks guys! Looking forward to seeing more procedures from him before I make my mind up. I'm going to give it another 10-12 months, see what he's done, and make a choice. I only want dermals, because it's more natural to me, as compared to an implant, or Alloderm, etc.
Dr. Giunta on the other hand, has corresponded and said he is more than happy to share thousands of photos of cases. That speaks volumes to me because I'm all about the numbers of successes versus failures.
We have to exhaustively research, wait, research more, wait, and do what we think is best for us!!!! Never buy a beta!

The biggest issue with the current Staged FFT model is aesthetics, retention success/failure, and number of sessions to achieve/maintain desired results. I consider these to be at worst "mild negatives," since FFT (in its current practice) isn't reputed to possess the risks involved with the silicone implant or the (more highly invasive) dermal/alloderm route. The doesn't make FFT "better," than the alternative girth procedures but it does make FFT less "riskier," if that makes any sense.
PMMA is obviously scoring high on popularity, its purported safety record, and its outstanding results, but I think it is still premature to conclude its long-term effectiveness.
I have seen Dr. K's results and while impressive, they are simply too invasive for my taste. I would only undergo such procedure if it were the only procedure available to me. Again that is my opinion.
PRFM is completely up in the air, and the only "testimonial" about the procedure has stopped posting. On the bright side, Dr. Runels himself does have an active (unique) member's account here.
All in all, I believe Dr. K will need much more before & after pics, and success stories to even tickle my fancy. Not doubting his skills, but my penis needs significantly more reassurances lol.

Never buy a beta! ghost, I applaud your patience. Do as much research as you can before PE surgery. Certainly Dr. K has gotten some good results such as with Dan Levin and these: www.penisenlargementsurgeryinfo.com/triple-dermal/www.penisenlargementsurgeryinfo.com/site/largepics/770/99615/348622/477958/Slide1.jpgwww.penisenlargementsurgeryinfo.com/my-surgery-experiences/Dan Levin's email is on www.penisenlargementsurgeryinfo.com. Compare Dr. K, Rosenthal, Reed, Runels, Giunta - read what they say on their websites. I would stay away from Herb Singh until he posts before and after pictures and I hear from legitimate patients about their experience with him. If you have time check out scaffolds in Serbia and heck, even the PE surgery in Russia. Weigh in on iain01's experience with dermals and Dr. K. Sure, Dr. K had successes but email Chad Hedman and ask him about his experience with Dr. K. (PM for Chad's email) Chad Hedman's might be biased, and I would tell to believe what iain01 stated in this thread on why CH had problems with a 2nd graft procedure. Also look at the Chad Hedman thread and follow the links about Chad and about why he might have had complications: phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=articles&action=display&thread=56Email Ken Beaton to get his perspective on Dr. K (PM me - I might have his email address). Good luck to you and please let members of this forum know if and when you make decision to share your experience and advice.
