Hey Gentlemen: I do not know what to say. I am NOT employed by anyone. I have no connections to any site. I am just a member. My first implant was testicular. It was great, and I was back in the swimming pool within a month. My second surgery was the penile implant last summer. I did not like the way it hung; it bothered me. Thus I asked the doctor to remove it. Three months later, I had Dr. Elist to implant the newest, softest model. This I like! My dick looks big again, at least when flaccid. It seems to "grow" a bit each week. ( I hope that isn't my imagination.) Measurement will begin again soon. I will let you know. Feel free to ask me. As usual, best to all of you.

Hey Uncle, FYI bascially, many of us share a similar sentiment. The reason we feel this way is because the overwhelming majority of anyone who has had a procedure here is willing to share photos, details of the pre-op and post-op measurements, as well any helpful details of the experience along the way. We want this information because it is helpful to all of us. The more information that is out there on a specific case to case basis from people that we can trust, the more informed we are in our decision making. This is a lot to ask, especially by those of us who have not yet gone under the knife, but it is the purpose of the forum and the reason that it is a positive site. This should go without saying. You have been asked to post pictures as well to post details of your information along the way and have avoided doing so or responding in a way the spoke your feelings about it. So, what were your pre op and post op measurements? Will you post pictures? If you are not willing to share this information, tell us why not. It is your right to maintain your own privacy. I think at the very least, we want you to explain your position. You are active on this forum all the time, it is clear you have the time to read it and the time to post. I am not an administrator, but I do have the right to express my opinion. I think it's really cowardly to take advantage of all the brave souls who have been willing to share just about anything about their experience with PE. By reading and everything here and not posting the details of your own experience, you aren't on the bus with rest of us, so to speak. This is what raises doubt about you. All you have to say is positive chirps here and there about your Dr. Elist experience and it makes you appear to be a phony. This forum is the anti-thesis of money grubbing Docs and their hired help to take advantage of vulnerable men and lead them into a bad decision. Should you be one those men, WILL SHALL MAKE YOU WALK THE PLANK!!! Harrdy Harr Harrr. Again, this is just my opinion. Feel free to respond with some depth. I believe you are innocent until to proven guilty, but if you are the real deal it should be very simple to prove it.

Gentlemen: Feel free to ask me. I have no economic interest in any site. My camera has quit on me. As soon as I get a new one, then I will have the picts. You can then see them.. My computer destroyed all my old pictures, sad but true. Please, young nephews, don't be too harsh on your old UncleJJ.

OK, I will ask the questions then and I trust, for the last time, that you will answer them specifically:
What were your length and girth pre op and post 1ST implant?
Did you loose length or girth after the removal of the implant?
Why did you "truly" have the first implant removed? I have reliable knowledge of why, so I ask you why?
What are your present length and girth with the new implant?
We are expecting exact answers and real numbers. I feel you are a good person who will, at last, give us good answers.
You have read our experiences on this site and other sites, so it is time to tell us some real facts about your experiences, no need for a camera now. Once you get a new one, you can post some pix if you wish.
As you know, I have the old implant and I have said positive and negative things about it, and I have shared with the fine members of this site a lot of my personal experiences. I plan to have some pix in the next few months when my work allows me to go for another choice of enhancement, so your feedback on the new implant can make a difference.
How about it JJ?

Tonight I shall reply to your questions, Mustang. I shall try to answer to the best of my ability. I had written the sizes on the pics that got destroyed when my computer got "cleaned out." So the measurements will be "guesstimates." As I look back over the last summer, my first penis was not so successful, largely because I did not understand how to care for it. Shhhhhh....don't tell the good doctor, but I did not ever wrap it, and also I tried to reshape it with my hands. It seemed lopsided and needed a bit of help. (Hey, it seemed to me that the Mona Lisa, who sits directly in front of my computer, needed a bit of help. She now has bright ruby lips, a bit of blush on her cheeks, and a lot of eye shaddow. Shhhh....don't tell Leonardo da Vinci.) So I messed with my penile implant; it needed my help, and since I had made a good grade in Biology 101 (a "C"), I thought it could use a bit of help. This caused it to break and then eventually get an infection. Shhhhhh.....now do not tell off on me. Thus I had it removed and replaced with the newer, lighter model. I have not had a moment's pain or problem. At a distance, my dick looks sort of big, but in reality it is only about four inches long by five inches wide. But that is better than what it was recently before the Novemeber implant when it was at least an inch less in L and W. Here is hoping this answers some of your questions. Best of luck to all of you nephews!

Woohoo! Finally some opening up from you...and I know it's not easy to talk about but that is what these forums are intended for.
You said your penis was an inch less with the previous implant...would that have put your penis at 3" L and 4" girth? Also, your current dimensions are 4x5, how much does this differ from your original (pre-op) dimensions?
And you mentioned messing with your implant causing it to break (don't worry, we wont tell the doctor, lol). I'm pretty sure you'd end up breaking your dick before you would the implant so obviously something else must have happened (?). A tear in the implant? Perhaps a break (perforation) in the skin? Can you elaborate please?
And by sharing your story you have only bolstered the point (and lesson) to follow post-op protocol religiously if you want to increase your chances of success. By opening up to us you can teach valuable lessons to forum visitors...plus insight on the new version of the Elist implant can be useful to those who are still contemplating that route for girth.
Good luck and hope to hear from ya again!

Yo Uncle
I gotta ask you man, for the last time, are you uncomfortable talking about your measurements and experiences??
If you are, then that is OK, but please let us know how you feel!!
Almost all of us can understand that feeling. We live it everyday. It is nothing to be ashamed of in this community because well, that is how this whole thing got started.
Again, all of us would love for you to open up more.
I am asking you this again, for maybe the third or fourth time, because your answers are extremely abstract and indirect
More or less, Mustang asked you your erect and flaccid size before your first procedure, your size after, and your current size.
You did not give him most of that information and were unclear about the information you did give.
From what I gather, currently you are 4 x 5. Is that erect???
Also, you said you were somewhere around 3 x 4 last summer, was that with the first implant or before it.
Sorry to repeat skeptical ones questions.
Simple questions are looking for simple direct answers
Also, sorry if it feels like you are being pushed. That's the intent of anyone here and it is starting to feel like pushing you is what this has come to. I'm starting to feel like a bit of a third grade teacher scolding you and spelling out every little thing that is written between the lines. I will stand down. The only real concern is that you are working for a doctor and more and more I think you are proving, in your special way, that is not the case.
I can't say that I understand or believe a lot of what you say but that really is neither here nor there.
Obviously skeptical one has the final say in what goes on here, but i think it is the responsibility of all member to keep the forum free of any BS.
Finally, it says in the forum title you have testicular implants. Is that true? How are they??
Best of luck to you Uncle

Thanks, guys....My erect size is just about the same as flaccid at 4 X 5..... I am not going to mess with this implant at all. The last time I did that, woe was me...Last summer's fresh implant then caused a break in the skin, which caused the infection, if my Biology 101 holds true. With that, I had it removed. Now remember: "Mum's the word." My new implant is only three months old... This time I tried to ignore my penis for a couple of months, and it seemed to work perfectly. Now I am the proud owner of a new penis on an old frame....ha......also big balls...Yeeehaw! As always, Uncle sends his best to each of you.

Hi Uncle So are you saying your girth is 5 inches with the implant? So your original girth was 4 inches or less before you had the implant put in?

Is it really that easy to cause problems with the implant? I've always been very anti this surgery, but even I didn't think it would be possible to cause problems by handling the area incorrectly. What if one had vigorous sex and or girls gets carried away with it? I don't like my fft, but there is no way I could do anything to damage it with my hands, unless I was so severe that I actually damaged my penis aswell.

At the early stages of the healing process with the implant, it is crucial to be very careful not to masturbate or have sex. The Dr will tell you it is OK to have sex at 4-6 weeks and now he is realizing that is too soon. I think a minimum of two months wait are required.
The implant has to settle in its place and the body has to build scar tissue around it. If installed properly and with no infection, the implant will be fine for hard core sex as one had before.
I think what JJ was trying to say is that he did not wrap it after the surgery and may have used too much icing which did not allow enough blood flow to heal the area and the implant moved around too much without the wrapping.
A lot of implant patients were too excited about the huge immediate girth and had sex or masturbated too early and that caused a irritation and problems.
Seems like the new implant and the procedure are now getting a lot better after all the trials and errors and I suspect that the new implant is becoming more successful with a higher success rate than the last one.

Mustang: You are correct. I definitely tried to redirect the shape of the implant as it shifted to the southeast. Messageman: I think the measurements are more or less as you stated. This one seems to be working for your old Uncle.
