JJ; from the general discussion page, look at the top right corner where the blue ribbon is, there should be a "new thread" click on it and you are ready to go. You must promise to start a thread and share with us some good details of your experiences. You have learned a lot from these sites and now it is your turn to give...cool?

Good to hear everything is going ok RegularGuy. I'm waiting to hear back from Dr. Elist at this point to see if he is maybe able to do a little reconstruction surgery for me, but from what it sounds like no one can help me. Take care RegularGuy.

Hi all,
Thank you all for the feedback. I am still doing well and having no pain. JJ - hope to read your thread and compare results since we had surgeries within days of each other. I think it would be good to compare results on this board. Seems like it could be valuable for all to see two separate stories based on surgeries literally within days of each other - same implant generation and surgical technique I would assume.
Yes, I do feel fuller / heavier / bigger. Surprisingly I am a little self conscious when in public urinal - at movies, restaurant, etc. Some don't have partitions between urinals. I am still a little shy and pulling it out to piss is a little more involved. Not a lot but I notice. I am getting more comfortable as time goes by. I never thought about this and never expected to be shy about my new size, but truthfully I have been in these situations.
As for anal, we don't do that, but I can see how you could get some pain. From what you have described mustang, I can understand how the pain could happen. I am sure your girth makes it hard to penetrate. The tight fit probably has much to do with this - maybe a downside of more girth??
What may have helped me is that I have "milked" as instructed. Basically milking stretches the penis and pulls the impant out a little. This breaks up any fiber that may have grown in place at the base of the impant, and which might "hold" it in place, which might prevent length gain during erections. I say might because I am guessing and don't really know on this. But the milking did help me I think as I have returned to pre surgery erect length and it actually helped reduce the pain I had initially.
If I missed a question, please let me know - or if there are others please ask. Again, I can only account for my own experience and results. I definitely realize others have different experiences. And, I don't know or claim that my results are typical at all. In short, I am honest about my situation, and truly it has been positive.

Actually it is the glans being a lot softer than the implant which causes the glans to get pushed back against the implant just before entry for anal sex and that causes pain for me. My ladys are of small bodies anyway and that doest no help.
It is good you are having good luck with yours. Like I said before, I may go back for an update or I may choose a different method all together this time.
One of the worst problems with the implant is that you have an almost erect penis 24/7 and it can get in the way in many situation, like sleeping, sports, riding bikes or flying planes with a 5 point harness.
You think you did not loose any erect length or are you sure? It will be great to know the new implant/procedure does not cause length loss.

Mustang, I understand about glans vs implant hardness. I dont know if new implant generation is softer material or not. I can say I don't feel what you describe, but can certainly understand what you are saying. Your stuffing a salami in a test tube - something has to give I really have no length loss. 6.5 before and 6.5 now. It is true that when flaccid it is harder, which is a bit unnatural. To be honest the only worry I have about it is going through airport security. Not sure if I should just go for pat down right away or if I can pass through scanner and not be checked again because implant was detected. If anyone has experience with this I would love to hear how it went. I do hope you find a solution that works for you. And glad to hear that while you sort that out you are still performing and "filling" up a few ladies along the way. RG

Hey guys I recently had PMMA injection and the new size does cause a lot of different issues. You walk different, clothes feel different, fit different, and even sitting down and taking a dump can be a pain. Its almost like being handicapped in a good way. I have not exercised yet, I imagine I will have to wear some sort of brief or compression shorts underneath my regular shorts instead of just wearing boxer briefs when I run. Anyways, I hope your recovery goes well.

I left LA one day after the surgery and I went thru the airport scanners with no problems. I even had the discharge tube and bottle hooked up to me. May be I got lucky but I had thought about it and I would have had no problem going to a private room for a search, as long as it was private.
Yes, the new girth is addicting and I had a few ladies come quickly when they are on top. But no anal with the ladies anymore, don't like that!

Saw Dr. again this week.
Everything going well. Dr. says I no longer need to do any milking etc. He states that I will see gradual flacid length increase over next 4-6 months. This is supposed to happen due to weight of implant. If true, it will pull the incision scar from surgery down to base of penis, where it won't be as noticeable. Any others who had surgery at least 8 months ago experience this?
Per the Dr. as the length grows the implant that is now recessed inside will pull out with growth. And implant is shaped such that it is wider at base. So, if what Dr. says is true I will grow in flacid length, but for me more exciting is that my girth will also increase. As I have done so far, I am keeping my expectations low and will believe it when I see it attitude. I will keep you all posted on whether or not this happens.
I asked and was told that implant material definitely changed approximately 6 months ago. So, like Uncle JJ, I am now sure I have the new implant material. I also think mine is a keeper.

Are you able to move it all around as you were able to before the surgery? That is move it in all directions in the Flaccid and erect states?
Yes, your flaccid should increase in time and hang very low.
How's the incision? healed and hiding behind hairs?
Also, how it the erection angle? Most implant patients experience a lower angle due to the weight of the implant.
I do not recall if you had sex already and how it went, may be you can tell us again.
Any edges around the glans that you can feel when flaccid or when erect?
Great you are having good luck with it. I invite JJ to add detailed info about his experience, he has been posting quite a bit but no detailed info yet.

Hi RG, Congrats. As far as getting more girth as time goes by, I found the opposite to be true. my girth has lessened a bit, but you should still have plenty of girth! The flaccid length however will definetly grow as time goes by. I'm at 9 1/2 months now and I gained quite a bit. Also you should get more flexability at the base as time passes, I can move mine around and it hangs and behaves just fine now, never seems to be in the way, although I do wear looser shorts and never use an athletic supporter or have to be in a constricted device like Mustang and his flying endeavors, etc. Sounds like things are going just fine for you. I never thought about the new airport scanners.....I'm going to Hawaii soon and I shall see then I suppose, I would be interested in what it looks like on that scan, so I may just go that route for that reason, do they let you look at what they see?? Well keep up the good work and good luck all.

I have seen the image of silicone breasts on scanners and it just shows a slightly denser look than skin and bones. I think the image is on when one is inside the scanner and it gets deleted quickly, I do not think they will let you see it. As I said in a previous thread, I went thru the scanners when leaving LA with no problems, but that was only once. Next time, I do not want scanners any more, I fly quite a bit and I do not want all that radiation on my body...who knows, with all the scanning my penis may fall off

So mustang you are considering an upgrade to the new implant? I am curious to know how your sexual experiences have been with the implant. I have followed a lot of your threads, but forgive me if I am missing some information you have already posted. Bummer about the anal sex. I am really considering the Elist route so I had better get anal in while I still can What was your pre and post op erect girth again? Is the added girth been good for you as far as the bedroom goes?? Do your girls reach orgasm faster or seem more into it? All the best - Ed.
