Greetings! I have decided to recommit to penis enlargement via penile exercises & stretches to obtain both flaccid and erect length. I may also add girth in this time, though I know it's usually harder to obtain girth than length with manual PE.
My initial stats are well
but I'm not here for sympathy lol. I've lived with it this far and am fortunate it is functioning and not any smaller. I will not bother giving my flaccid stats because I'm a grower & not a shower, so my flaccid has dramatic fluctuations in size throughout the day.
---GIRTH---
EG =
(same from base to all the way behind the glans) 3.5"-3.75" (depending on EQ). For records we'll simplify it at 3.5".
EG Goal =
As much as possible via manual PE. My realistic goal is 0.25" from my exercise routines. I plan to obtain most of my goals via surgical intervention. My overall ideal girth gains are 2.5". I would be content with just as little as 1.5".
---LENGTH---
BPEL = 5"
NPBEL = 4"
(This suggests I have a 1" fat pad. My goal is to get rid of this fat pad via weight loss program and/or surgical removal. This will help improve my NBPEL by close to an inch.)
Length Goal =
I'd like to gain at least a full inch via manual PE. I'm hesitant to get the ligaments cut at this time. My ideal stat would be a NBPEL of 6" (or more).
---ROUTINE--
Will start the first day of February of 2011. I am breaking up my routine in 3 phases.
{First Phase} - 2 months
1st Month: 1 hour of stretches and jelqs in the shower. I will turn the water off and on so I don't overuse it, but preferably keep the water warm to hot. Usually done in the evenings before bed. Will avoid ejaculating, but will allow myself to ejaculate on the 5th routine day of the week. (5 days on, 2 days off). This I believe will also help EQ and pre-ejac
2nd Month: Same routine but extend it from 1 hour to 2 hours.
{Second Phase} - 6 months
1st Month: Will begin wearing an All-Day stretcher at least 3 days a week. Maximum of 5 days a week, depending on PI's. Will continue with my evening jelq/stretch sessions but will introduce new techniques in the shower (this is reduced to 0.5-1 hour).
2nd Month: Same as previous month, but increased traction from the ADS or weight from a hanger.
3rd Month: Same as previous month, but even more traction from ADS or weight from a hanger.
4th-6th Month: All of the same before, but will replace 2-3 nights of jelqs/stretches with penis pump action.
{Third Phase} - 4 months
1st Month: 3 Day Serious Pump Action, 2 Day ADS. Each of those 5 nights will end off with 0.5 to 1 hour of jelq/stretches.
2nd Month: 5 Days of Pumping, 5 nights of jelq/stretch @ 0.5-1hour.
3rd Month: Same as previous month.
4th Month: Same as 1st month of third phase.
---Other Notes---
As you'll notice there are some strange variations in the regimen above. This is to prevent plateauing, by introducing and switching up exercises so that the phallus never gets too used to it. It is similar to efficient strength training programs albeit not the same (since the penis is not a traditional muscle).
I have not determined which ADS I will be using. As for pumps, I would prefer bathmate but they have yet to introduce a smaller model (they claim they are going to any time now).
This routine schedule can easily change as a result of PI's (Physiological indicators indicating the need to tone up or down the intensity of the workout) and my own personal schedule. As of now, I will try my hardest to accommodate everything on this routine schedule to the best of my ability.
This routine does seem hardcore but its borrowing concepts from a guy who was similar to my size at Thundersplace who was a near miracle-gainer. Those are extremely rare, but I figure if I'm going to gain, I need to get at it full-time. I should mention that I will be approaching all of these techniques with caution and care. Each exercise program will start out light and gradually build in intensity over time. I will try to give myself at least 2 off days every week during the entire year to allow for healing & recovery.
I will report from week to week in this thread.
