I remember hearing when girls out there who would say size doesn't matter, well in my case it did. I was one of those sweet charming guys who would be so romantic and to be honest with you chicks would hit on me from left to right. On with the story, I was with my fiance for 5 years and our relationship was close perfect I assume. The problem is I'm a small guy (this is how small I am, 3'' in length and girth flaccid, 5" in Length/ 4" in girth erect. When it comes down to having sex, that is where the complications begin. She would be disinterested when we're having sex. No matter how long or hard I try, she gives me the you're too small to please me feeling. About a month ago, on our phone bill I noticed my fiance has been texting to some unknown number for quite awhile and late at night. During that time, she had been acting different and distancing herself from me. So, out of curiosity, I secretly took her phone when she was asleep and looked through her texts. To my surprise, I discovered multiple pictures of this dude's large penis being sent to my fiance's phone. I confronted her, which led to a huge argument and us ended up breaking up, because she felt that she wasn't satisfied enough with me in bed and couldn't thought of living with me for the rest of her life do to that. So, here I am now in this odd situation of wanting to get bigger all of a sudden. I don't want to get bigger to get back at my fiance or anything like that, I'm through with that slut. My thing is that, I want to get bigger for confidence. Ever since the break-up, my confidence has sinked down the drain and I feel the need of having a bigger penis to boost my confidence back up. So, what do you guys think of my situation? I've always wanted to be big even before being with my ex-fiance, because of my unusual small size. If I was to forgo a PE surgery, which would be best for me? I'm at the point that this is the only solution to boost my confidence with the ladies and starting a new life again.
Sorry guys for the Long read.

Size does matter, most women lie about it being important but it is. BUT, size is a two way street!
Your measurements are not small, they are very close to the average erect American penis size according to many stats. May be you were average but she was too big? You know, size goes both ways. There are many women who are too big down there and they need a larger filling.
Being a "nice guy" does not get you anywhere these days. I suspect there were other issues in the relationship.
Yes, look for ways to get bigger, but also I suggest you go and find your self another GF and do not be too nice, just be sure of your needs and wants.
there are many surgical methods out there and the results are getting better and better, so do not rush into it yet and take your time.
Good luck!

Don't consider surgery until you've worked on your length for 6 months. Buy a penis extender and follow th instructions on that.
I'm not sure I agree with mustang2020 that the surgical options are getting better and better. I've been following PE surgery for 14 years now and in the last 2 I've seen more complications than ever before. The latest 2 procedures are the Elist implant and PLGA scaffolds. These two have caused more problems than anything form the past and now people are tending to go back to older methods like Alloderm/belloderm and FFT. Yet there were good reasos that surgeons looked to replace those methods.
I and others have given up fighting against the Elist implant, but it's probably had a higher percentage of unhappy patients than any other procedure. The latest news it Elist now has a softer implant, but this kind of ignores the fact the guys been updating his implant since the early 90's. It doesn't matter what he does, it's never going to become vasuclar and the penis will always be a dynamic organ. The PLGA scaffolds seem to suffer from continual failure to produce good gains and surgical error. FFT is supposedly better due to centrifuge, yet there are studies that show this makes little difference and not suprisingly there are guys on this board and MNS who can support that. Alloderm and Belloderm seem to be pretty decent, but many report shortening of the penis post op and some don't get their lenght back. Also even years later this stuff can become encapsulated.
There still is no evidence that that the lengthening surgery has any benefits in terms of erect gains. In fact there is a mountain of evidence that suggests it's a waste of time. If you have the lengthening surgery they will tell you to wear an extender for 6 months post op. Yet studies of these extenders carried out on guys who haven't had the surgery, suggest length gains are the same as for those who have had the surgery. Suggesting the lig cutting itself doesn't do much.
So, if I were you I'd buy and wear an extender until you've gained some length. By then we will have seen more guys trying PMMA, which at the moment seems like a very promosing method for girth. This was you could gain and inch in length and girth for about $1600 and have no surgery. At the moment via the surgical route, it's considered a very good results if your penis is still working afterwards, you don't lose length, have a girth that looks odd compared to the size of the head and pay over $10,000.
Btw don't think I'm painting a falsely pesimistic picture of PE surgery, as most of the board will back me up. Many have had success and are pleased with their surgeries, but all will admit that the satisfaction rate isn't high for any of these procedures.

Thanks for the advice guys, I too was reading about the PMMA method and what's so surprising, is that I live in the San Diego area, so going for a PMMA injection isn't totally out of the question, I'll look more into it in the future, thanks guys.

Unclejames, sorry about your ordeal, your length is really not bad, girth would be more important I think (from experience). I agree with hoddle, but some guys are going to try to get a bigger penis no matter what the warnings are. I wouldn't have if I had known the risks ahead of time, but I didn't. I was lucky with the Elist implant, no problems and good result. I really like it, BUT live with the fear that something COULD go wrong, although less likely as time passes. but still, I wouldn't say I suggest it, but IF someone decides to do it, I would just say to go with the smallest implant and consider foregoing the internal stitching. I think there are some other things you could consider like pumping and using a ring before sex, those types of solutions probably depend on the kind of girls you do it with. just consider ALL your options and educate yourself. I also think that PMMA looks promising. Good luck to you!

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm starting fresh with my life now. I just bought an extender and will be using it on a strict basis and hopefully to gain about 1.5"-2.5" from about 6-12 months. During that span I might opt for the PMMA to increase the girth hopefully to about 5" flaccid/ 6" erect. I will update with you guys soon once I decided to forgo the procedure. I will not let one woman lower my self esteem, I promise the next chick I bang with my new and improve cock, I will "Punish her" ...

Great post Hoddle. Does anyone have a recommendation on an extender? Or, are they all pretty much the same at this point? Thanks.

iceman, i'm not sure if it's the best or not, but I do a fair share of research and opted for the sizegenetics. It was originally for 350 bucks but i got it for 156 bucks and i get a free month supply of some kind of sex enhancement pills which retailed for around 50 bucks.

uncle james your average man. Most of the penis size thing is in our head, i know its in my head for sure. I got the enlargement for me. If a girl places your worth on penis size that is a girl you wouldnt want to be with, it would be like me dumping my girlfriend for having small breasts. Its ludicrous. However, your ex is a cheater, which suggests a whole new set of problems. Bad morals etc. I like my PMMA, and and really happy with the results. My gf told me she liked me the way I was before, and likes me now. So do it for yourself man. And good luck.

Unclejames, I'm truly to sorry to hear that you had to deal with a total whore. A woman worth your time would have never put you through such an ordeal.
And if it makes you feel any better, the Admin of this forum is even smaller than you erect lol. I can relate to the lack of confidence, but rest assured, there are options available to us.
I think first and foremost, its worth giving manual penis enlargement a try. Try thundersplace.com and check out the vast volume of info on natural penis enlarging techniques that may or may not yield some results. An extender and/or pump for a few months could realistically give you length gains, and from there you can pursue girth options like Hoddle mentioned.
I'm taking that approach personally. I believe length is obtainable through committed stretching regimens and will continue to do that while I research all the best surgical methods out there. I'm leaning toward PMMA and FFT as of now for girth but haven't settled on one choice yet.
At the end of the day I just want to remind you that you are actually of decent size and dealt with an indecent woman. Keep your head up and keep researching your options, if its a bigger size you want, its obtainable, just be realistic about potential gains.

Thanks guys for the support, yeah sucks that I've wasted 5 whole years with a broad like that. But hey I'm 27 and it's never too late to start over. gsxr7501941, I was totally having my mind set and thinking about saving up to 10 grand to go for a Dr. Elist surgical implant by the end of this year, but by then I came across this board and just so happened to click on the hottest topic on this board, "PMMA injection". After browsing through it, I saw your results and it was stunning. For $1,500 that is one hell of a deal for girth enhancement. I'm opting for the PMMA injection with Dr. C instead since I'm in the San Diego area. @skeptical One, thanks. As for length gains, I'd be happy if I was to gain 1" overall, but it doesn't hurt to try to shoot for an extra 2" . I've already purchased sizegenetics penis extender to help me reach that gain. I should also lose some weight, because the excess fat around my pubic region is covering about 1.5"-2" in length.

Getting an inch of erect length is a huge task and not that easy. As a matter of fact it is very hard or rare to get an inch after many months and years of manual PE or surgery, so check out all the options but keep that in mind.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I know it's hard when someone close to you leaves your life. My fiance left me as well, except she left me due to the fact that I am no longer able to even have sex because I had surgery and lost a couple inches in length and I now have a burried penis.
She got tired of waiting and dumped me and I also had to quit my job because of the surgery. There are not many surgeons out there in this profession to begin with in the first place and then when some of them won't work on you, you are just stuck playing the waiting game until someone changes their mind or a new surgeon comes along.
That being said, from my point of view I would rather be in your shoes and still able to have sex. But don't get the wrong idea, I am still sorry for you and your girlfriend and hope things get better.
