I am new to this forums, but have been researching. PE for about 2 years. I really am not trying to improve my erection much (though a little extra would be nice ), but would like to add to my flaccid length. I am a grower, but am embarrassed by my short flaccid penis. I hate looking at it, and am mortified about others seeing it.

weastick: One guarenteed way for flaccid length is the Elist implant. If you've spent any time at all on this or similar forums, you know there are risks. It does seem like he is getting better percentages of success with his latest design. I did not get any internal stitching and the implant gradually drops, at first it looks as if you have a foreskin that covers part of the glans, but over time, it seems to pull the whole penis down to where you have a very large, and long, flaccid penis. I almost feel bad for other guys in a public shower situation now..... being that I was once on the other side of the fence so to speak. This is just a suggestion, one option.... if you are at all interested, just be sure to seek out ALL the information you can get your hands on about this procedure and make an informed decision. Good luck.

For some of us, appearance in the flaccid state is/was more bothersome than the erect state.
I believe that some men who have fullness in the supra pubic region ie:( fat pad, excess skin above the penis), may significantly improve their appearance in addressing this condition by undergoing removal/excision of tissue in this area...this procedure reveals more of the penis. For men who have this "condition", (as I did), the penis will appear to be longer post operatively (than it was prior to the surgery).
Some men also have liposuction of fat from the upper inner thigh, altering the appearance AROUND the genitalia often yields very good results w/out actually or necessarily undergoing penile surgery. Though these types of procedures are often done in conjunction with phalloplasty.
I know not all have this problem- I mention this for those who do and for those who may underestimate or not fully understand the affect this condition has on appearance. In my experience this alteration drastically changed (for the better) my appearance.

Hi idm,
I was considering getting the suprapubic liposuction done, but I didn't know it was possible to remove tissue as well. What is that procedure called? And what were your perceived gains from the liposuction and the tissue removal?
I appreciate it.

HI-
Just to clarify, the entire body is comprised of different types of "tissue", fat and skin are tissues...blood is considered a tissue.
Obviously, every case is different and results can vary greatly depending upon the amount of "tissue" that can be removed from this area eg: some men may have a 1" fat pad, others may have more.
In my case, I had a history of obesity as a child and adolescent...my weight unfortunately fluctuated significantly.
For those who are prone to acquiring fatty deposits in this area of the body, its very difficult to lose fat in this area, even w/diet change and weight loss. (Sorry to take so long answering your question but this may be helpful to you or others, I had to learn all of this on my own). One doesn't necessarily have to be grossly obese to have a fat pad btw.
Though I was no longer technically "obese", the stubborn fat pad remained and due to weight fluctuation, I also had redundant skin which required removal.
I had a lipectomy of the supra pubic fat pad (by means of liposuction) and what is simply referred to as a "tissue tuck"...excision of a small amount of excess skin from the right and left sides of the groin to tailor, so to speak, the area as necessary after removing the volume of fat from under the skin.
Note this was my first, and a singular procedure (meaning not combined w/other procedures) and one that I had prior to phalloplasty.
My case was extreme, and my phallus was almost completely obscured. Needless to say, this was tremendously difficult psychologically. I didn't have micro penis, but what I had was in fact "hidden".
You can imagine what it must have been like for me to go into surgery, w/out practically ANY visible penis in the flaccid state and waking up w/ one that I could @ least see for the first time w/out having to push down on surrounding tissue to make it visible.
"Perceived gain", in respopnse to your question for me from this alone was probably about 2". Still short but better than looking like a vagina! (Girth was average).
This is only a quarter of my story! It was a very long, difficult journey one that involved a series of surgeries in an effort to simply look normal and be healthy physically and emotionally.
I literally Thank God for giving me the strength to be honest w/myself and for enabling me to address the challenges I've had.
All the Best
Idm
