Hi, the name's Will. After months of trolling around the old forums, and now this one, hearing the braveness, the stories, comments and questions, I decided I might be able to contribute thoughts. I admire you gentlemen for attempting some of these surgeries. I tell my gf how you folks are the ones advancing science, because you test the procedures, so keep on trucking! I'm very interested in the enlargement process like most of you guys, but doubt I'll have the balls to do it. Anyhow, I figured I would get started on the right foot and post this bit of research I came across: First, I hear FFT is decent, but doesn't last, implants are great too, but there are quite a few major complications, and silicone directly injected is a death sentence for the penis. However, what about taking layers of skin from certain parts of the body and slipping them under the penile skin? I thought it was interesting because there is hardly any risk for infection, or detrimental side effects according to what I've read about. I found an interesting website for everyone if you haven't seen it already. Looks promising compared to the alternative methods.... www.penisenlargementsurgeryinfo.com/triple-dermal-graft/

ghost thanks for your post. Dermal Grafts can be excellent for girth gains.
The link you sent appears to be the Dr. K procedure, though I'm a bit surprised the website does nothing to mention his name...especially under the "About Our Surgeon" link. It praises him without once mentioning his name. I wonder why that is??
I personally am not ruling out this procedure for myself but it isn't very high on my list of candidates. Of all the procedures available, this is possibly the most invasive...so the risk of complication actually becomes high. The scarring left behind from the dermal site could be unsightly. And since it is a one-time massive girth gain (similar to Elist implant), I can't see why pressure-skin-necrosis isn't a risk either.
But with all those concerns, I can say that it is your own tissue which is a plus, and the girth results are truly impressive.
You'll just have to research and determine on your own if dermal grafts are the route you want to take. Have you looked into Staged FFT (improved) or PMMA? I don't believe there is any "wrong" decision, you'll have to figure out which method is right for you (technique, cost, location, doctor, etc).
Good luck!

I've contended that dermals and allo/belladerm have potential. I had a botched procedure with dermal fat graphs, but had a bad doctor. Like SO mentioned, I think PMMA is looking good. I'm not won over by staged FFT or implants.
Maybe when Dr K was having problems (around the time a mns member was having complications), his name was removed from the site? I know Dr K has a number of very similar sites that do mention him by name. He's on my consideration list, but not at the top. Should I go the dermal or allo/belladerm route, Reed would be one of top choices.
Dr C - pmma doc - is getting interesting. So was Dr Runel's procedure, but thread stalled out.

Hey SO and Seeker, I have to agree that not having a doctors name on the site is a little sketchy to say the least, and I haven't been in the game long enough to know reputations, but I suspect something with that site. The photos look fairly promising, but I would need to see 100's of cases. I find Dr. Reed to be somewhat of a similar situation. Although, I did see an interesting photo of an enlargement he did which is ... www.penisdoctor.com/photo4.htm Now, I don't know for sure, and can only guess, and I'm not saying it is, but I personally believe that image is a famous adult filmsstar we all strive to resemble. Again, that is just my personal guess. As for what I'm looking for, I have to find a more natural thing like the dermal graft. I can't see putting silicone in my penis, or some type of device. I think with all of these forums, and posts, we all help further the advancement of the procedures.

Skeptical-
The reason that website does not mention Dr. K by name is because that site is a "surgery broker" website. Basically this guy gets paid to direct clients to Dr. K. If it gave the name and direct contact information this guy would not make anything. Now I'm not saying anything good, bad or indifferent about it. It is what it is.

briceb, good catch.
Dr. K's "consultant" who owns MAXYOURSIZE has a user account here but has been forbidden to post (with the exception of one sub-forum) because it is in violation of forum rules. But that is good to know, thanks!

This is true however the prices are the same whether you go directly to Dr K or with Maxyoursize. Maxyoursize is a patient of Dr K.
