I see everyone always talks about girth surgery but what about getting just length.
Any successes? Is it needed or do you get the same result from stretching.
Need advice as I want 3.5-5cm length if possible
Does penis make a difference too? Mines points and curves up so I have a high angle, is this better for surgery as I have a bit too much stabilty already and so wouldnt mind it straighter

Girth is most talked about probably because its more involved with producing stimulation in a woman than sheer length is. Length can be important but I'd assert length gains seem to produce more of an aesthetic satisfaction than purely a sex enhancer (that isn't to say some ladies don't like longer rods).
Your length goals are 1.5" to 2" (inches). To be honest, from all accounts anything above an inch is lucky. Surgery aimed at increasing length is rarely reported to actually do so (some even report retraction!). There is a theory that coupling girth and length at the same time might prohibit length gains as a result of some girth techniques. With that being said, some advise to get length done first (surgically), stretch rigorously for 6 months, then go for girth (assuming you want/need it). The typical length procedure involves releasing the ligaments that hold your penis, thus allowing "more inner penis" to drop down. It seems practical on paper, but not commonly effective in practice. This route may yield up to an inch, anything more, like I said before, appears to be luck.
The other route is to manually stretch your penis rigorously for 6-12 months (or more). All-day stretchers, hangers, and penis exercises (stretches and jelqs) could and have been reported to yield 0.5" to 1" in length. There ARE people who have reported gaining inches/centimeters very near your goals but, they are in my opinion, the luckier few and also have been at it for years.
In a nutshell, I personally think you could obtain similar gains from stretching and could avoid the necessity & cost of a length surgery. If we could be certain releasing the ligaments gives a notable advantage when stretching, that is when I'd consider it. I know of a few here on these boards who have done the lengthening procedure and are coupling it with post-op stretching. I think we'll know more about the validity of this procedure in the coming months/years.
Stay tuned.

I should also add the reason why there is more topics on girth is because there are more of a variety of procedures to enhance girth, whereas length has only one. To my knowledge, there is only ONE surgical method for penile length (although specific techniques to achieve this vary from doctor to doctor). Whereas you have multiple girth options, including dermal fat grafts, FFT, silicone implant, etc. This thread addresses length as well phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=articles&action=display&thread=147 worth reading. Hope that clarifies it a little bit more.

I agree whole heartedly with Skeptical One's opinions.
You would be much better off bypassing having the lengthening surgery and investigating the various stretching methods that could be found at Thundersplace. There is TONS of information there; routines, home-made devices, retail device reviews, personal experiences, etc.
Gaining length just through stretching has a pretty good track record, it just takes a bit of effort; more for some than others.

I would try jelqing but i cant get my penis to stretch.
I tried it for a while and stretched for a while but nothing, infact i swear its damaged my penis as the top is impossible to stretch and i feel like a hard vein on the top.
Thats why i think i would benefit from cutting the ligs as i feel my erection is too tight anyway.
im sure i could get 3.5 if i removed the fat and done surgery.
It feels like all my blod stoops at the base, its thick but not long.
Really dont care about girth, that would just be a bonus

How come nobody has come up with an idea to lengthen it?
Stem cells? Adding something to the lig to make it longer, i dunno lol.

Yes, it is a surgery for length, BUT IT DONT WORK. Sorry to bust your balls. get to work at jelqing and save your money. try thunders place for tips. then u can get surgery for girth after the length comes.

I dont want girth surgery.
And I dont see how jelqing work especially for length.
You telling me nobody has ever gained from surgey on length ever?
has anyone gained from the extender?

I suppose people could have gained from length surgery, but it is almost always coupled with a long-term stretching regimen...which begs the question - could the length have been obtained strictly stretching alone?
There are far and few reports from people on these forums (MNS, and others) that have reported noticeable length ERECT* length gains from surgery alone. It is conceivable to obtain flaccid gains I suppose but erect gains are hard to come by with surgery.

People do gain from length, but it's quite rare. This suggests to me that there some guys out there that have particualry short ligs, that are genuinley holding the penis back. If this was the case, then if they were snipped, the patient would gain erect length immediately after surgery, as the obstruction has been removed, rather than after months of wearing an extender. Over the years I have come across one or two guys who have gained straight away post op, but literally only one or two. Some guys do have genuine anatomical issues which are preventing the penis reaching it's full length. These usually come in the form of tight skin from circumcision or strange skin distribution at the penile pubic juncture, but it's also possible one might have an obstruction due to their ligs, but I'd say less that 1 in 20 guys. One thing paying for surgery certainly does seem to do is give guys the motivation to wear stretching devices with incredible levels of determintation. When I guy has had his ligs cut, he seems far more prepared to spend 6+ hours a day stretching. I think this is what convinces many Dr's that their lig cutting is doing the job. Yet if you compare the results they are getting with the those in the studies of guys who have worn extenders, but without lig cutting, they are the same. In fact i'd wager those who don't have their ligs cut are better placed to gain as they don't need to worry about scar retration etc. After surgery it's not that uncommom for guys to end up shorter than before hand.

@ pouiy i have gained 1 inch in length and about .75 in girth within 8 months. yes its a long time, but guess what? i have a longer, thicker penis. yes it took a long time but i did it with jelqing and a all day stretcher. your goons pay $6000 to get you ligs cut to only just have a bigger FLACID penis but the erect state will stay the same. i gaind 2 inches flacid and 1 inch erect. Now im hanging weight from my penis to try and gain a extra inch, which would put me at 7 inch erect if i make it. yes it will be hard or i may never make it to 7, but at least i tried. lots of guys want bigger penises but dont want to do the work. all the excersises im doing now are things the doc would tell you to do anyway after the surgery. so you might as well start now and see what happens.
