Guys I have some experience here, having had 2 different girth enhancement surgeries, the second of which ended in near disaster.
I won't go into the second in this post but let me mention the first. This was using something called Macrolane which is basically a more viscous version of Hyaluronic acid. Frankly it was awful, it didn't spread out evenly, moved around, and was lumpy. My erection looked a joke, the filler collect in a lump at the base of my penis. And flaccid looked pretty ridiculous too. Some migrated to my scrotum and after a month I went back and had it removed using an injectable enzyme which dissolves the filler over a 24 hour period.
My feeling is that restylane, which is less viscous, might , and I emphasize might, give a better result because it has more chance of spreading out evenly. I think it also has to be injected under the skin rather than under the fascia because once again I am under the impression it can spread out easier that way. But even if Restylane does give a better result, I always thought it disappeared after 6 months, so really what's the point. I don't understand that report that says it lasted at least 18 months.
From what I have seen, PMMA can give the best results, but I think there is more of a risk of some kind of immune reaction. Unlikely but there is a chance. I think moderation is also required for a good result. The guy in that blog went way too far in my opinion. 0.75" extra girth is about the most you want to aim for in my opinion. And that is a lot !
