There's more than enough info on this site and on the net for an intelligent man to choose which method of pe surgery to go with...
When I chose fft it was based on looking at the science behind the method and the info on all of the doctors sites. I didn't belong to ANT forum to help me make a decision nor did I need fotos of anyones dick to help me w/my decision. Personally I never sought fotos of men here- Any fotos I've seen have been b/c they were in the body of the thread. I do, however, always make a point to answer questions on fft when I can. Ultimately whatever method someone decides to go w/is their decision.

Yea but, if someone says they are happy with their fft procedure, and the reading may think in their mind that "Oh great, im going to get fft then since it seems good". Then the fft patient post a picture and the penis is not symmetrical or has waves in it, then the reader might say "oh shit, im not doing that." These are obviously very modern times, and in order to make a well thought out decision, photographs are wonderful to determine what these procedures might look like. On the other hand, My implant procedure was basically based on Markmau's photos, and I ended up not so happy with my implant....but when it comes surgery, attention to every detail is very important.

I wouldn't get a tattoo without seeing it first on paper and what the artist is capable of. I wouldn't choose a Surgeon or type of PE without seeing post op results first. There's different outcomes with different PE and different outcomes with different Surgeons. There's also different scars with each type of surgery. I think pictures are very important when making a firm decision on "ANY" type of body modification. It's not that "I" want to look at other peoples nude bodies. It's a presentation of the Surgeon's eye for detail and artful skill. I have read many websites that make a Surgeon sound like he's the best at what he/she does but once I saw the pictures I thought "What the hell and this is supposed to represent the Doctor's work at it's best". I think most like to compare before pics and want to see what they "could" look like in the after pics. This is not just with PE but with all types of plastic surgery as well. I will certainly post my before and afters on here and hope that my Surgeon will use them as well (for educational purposes).
I think this site is a Great educational tool and support system and I'm glad I found it before my PE.

envisionmore when are you going for your FFT procedure? Glad to know that people understand why pictures are needed. When people get upset and write ridiculous messages it makes me think they are lying. Or just Doctors trying to sell their procedure... I think it's crazy to even consider a Doctor or Surgery without seeing results first. I think most would agree. This is why there are SOOOO many Before/After pictures on the internet and now even clips on youtube. If people weren't interested in pictures there wouldn't be any. In my opinion pictures are worth just as much as words.
I decided a while ago that FFT was not going to be an option for me. There have been way too many negative reports on FFT. I know it's come a long way from where it was a few years ago but I'm still hearing the negatives even today. I am a family man and I don't typically spend money on myself I find it more rewarding to spend it on my family to make them happy. But when I do I tend to spend it on something I know will last and is effective. I'm not one for spending a little here and a little there. When I do something for myself (RARE) I usually plop down whatever's needed to get the job done. My choice is between PMMA and DFG at the moment. Triple Augmentation w/ DFG a one time deal but with scars. PMMA may take two times but no scars. I just have to figure out if I want lengthening done. If I go the PMMA with Dr C it will just be for girth (this is all he does) if I decide to have lengthening as well and at the same time (optional) I will probably go with Dr Marcio in Brazil. The good thing about the PMMA I can have the PMMA first and then always come back to have the lengthening later. I do believe with the DFG the lengthening needs to be first or at the same time because the DFG is custom fit. I still have mixed feelings about the lengthening procedure. It does make me feel better when a spacer is used though. Decisions...Decisions! I've wanted this surgery since I was 18 but promised my Wife that I would wait until we were done with having kids (what she wanted, she was scared the Dr would somehow make a mistake) and we were in college at the time. I feel 2011 will be the year something happens (it's only been 13 years!!!)
