Hello I haved moved over from mns, thought I would start from the beginning. About 5 yrs ago I had fft from dr viel in london I had about 3 topups and then again had fft and another 3 topups, almost all of this reabsorbed, this may have been because Im pretty lean, I dont know. Next I had dermal graft from Rheinschild, I guess I was one of the lucky ones as nothing went went wrong, but I only gained about an 1/4 of an inch in girth. Next I had second dermal draft from dr k, This at first was excellent and a fair few girls had a smile on there faces lol. After about 6 months I noticed a slight loss in girth so started to pump a bit just to get it back up to the 6" mark before sex, my girth has now shrunk by about another 1/4 to 1/2 " so I went back to dr k to see about another dermal, he said no!!! I didnt have enough skin and it would be too tight and cause necrosis. The one thing he did say was pumping wrecks grafts, but Im in catch 22 as the only method I know of how to stretch your skin is pumping, does any one know any method of stretching skin? not length but girth, also I am cut pretty tight. any help appreciated

Hey iain, welcome on board. When your FFT did manage to stay in the time it was there, how would you describe its realism and girth?

also, how long did you retain the fat before it became noticeably re-absorbed?

It's interesting that both your fft and now to dermals have reabsorbed. Maybe youy just not a good candidate for this kind of surgery. I know some Dr's mention lean patients aren't ideal, but I think that is nonsense. Grafted fat shouldn't repsond to diet or exercise and therefore the fact you are lean and don't naturally store much fat shouldn't make a difference. I wonder if the fact you don't have much fat to start with means the quality of fat injected or grafter wasn't good in the first place.

Hi first the fft, I would say for the first 2 to 3 weeks it was ok but I suspect it was more swelling than any thing else, then it virtually all disapeared within 2 weeks apart from a few lumps. every time I had a top up it was fine for 2 weeks then same thing happened. As for dermal grafting I reckon if I had left it alone I would of been left with a good 1/2 gain, but hold a tape around your girth and just increase by 1/2 " and you can really see a difference so I was greedy and wanted to be 6" again. I have also spoken to dr Rosenthan and inquired about having belladerm put over the top but he just said dr k is a top doc at dermals go back and see him. so now I dont really have anywhere else to go unless I can stretch my skin.

Like Hoddle, I'm very intrigued about your body's absorption (and what now appears to be quick absorption) of FFT fat and dermal grafts.
I always speculated that fat loss doesn't come from your body "burning" it off, but rather the death of fat cells because the area that it resides in is not accustomed to storing fat in the first place - so therefore vascularization is poor and cells die. This is why I presumed Staged-FFT may be effective, since smaller amounts of fat may have an increased chance of survival...
I'd hate to drop thousands of dollars on FFT for it to only last a few weeks or months. I knew top-offs and touch-ups would be necessary from time to time (even as frequent as once every 3-4 months)...but I presumed I could sport a new thick dick for 6-12 months at a time with little fat loss. Now I'm not so sure.

hi not sure what happened to my reply but it didnt show up, so here goes again. Well the fft lasted about 2 to 3 weeks then reabosorbed very quickly apart from a few little lumps. This was each time after a topup, I suspect a lot of it was swelling. The dermals were fine , really big for about 6 months then lost just over 1/4" slowly, I really had got used to having a 6" girth so started puming a bit just before sex, after a while I noticed I had become even smaller and needed more pumping. I approached dr rosenthal about having belladerm inserted over the dermal, he said I should go back to dr k as he was the best with dermals, so now I am stuck with no other options, unless I can stretch my girth skin, mbut the only way I know how to do that is with pumping which will wreck my graft even more. I am not skinny, I am what you would call athelitic, think of kind of a middle weight boxer with a slight beer belly lol. If I rally ate and drank as I will over xmas I would put on wieght so not sure if that helps with the fat retension theory.

dam first one has shown up now, taking me a little to get used to posting on this site. I can only say from my personel experience that fft is a waste of time, dr viel had a good rep, but I heard later that he started to use a filler, why would he doo that if he had good results with fat? oh by the way he has now gone back to fat again. Mine where staged every 8 weeks and were 2 syringes at a time, not sure about the size. Does anyone know anyone who has had bella derm put over a dermal?
