Dr. Charles Runels is hard at work compiling extensive information for all prospective patients. At this time, he's limited on answering everything until patent and trademark issues are resolved.
He has offered, however, to respond to what questions he can in the meantime. All posts to this thread must be in question-form. Please ask one question per post, and please be patient on receiving an answer. You can ask multiple questions, but be sure they are on separate posts. Failure to do this can result in having your post deleted.
If he does not answer your question, PLEASE do not email or PM him the same question, you only inundate him and slow down his ability to get to other pertinent questions here. If he has not answered your question - it either means he has not gotten to it or simply cannot answer it at this time (because it may pertain to unresolved patent issues).
Remember, Dr. Runels is here to answer questions pertaining to his PRFM method, as well as to offer opinions on all matters related to penis enlargement/phalloplasty. This IS NOT a medical consultation.

Hello,
I'm just checking in and wanted to say that I'm sorry to be slow to respond and to be slow to bring forward lots of info.
I'm looking hard now at Selphyl and at Harvest Technologies as the best methods for making the PRFM. I also have a new way in mind that involves neither of these products.
I can tell you that I'm incorporating much of what's already discussed here along with the new methods of using PRFM to go for a synergy.
I'm not yet sure of the best amount or frequency or number of injections to give the best results.
some are getting amazing results.
some are seeing nothing.
no one has had anything more than bruising or pain at the injection site at the time of injection as a side effect.
I have a formal business partner an scientist teaming up with me now and we should have a formal research protocol in place by March.
I'm very grateful for what I have learned on this forum and on others and hope to modify and use some of the techniques to facilitate the sharing of ideas between physicians who actually do the Priapus Shot (TM) in the future.
Hope I'm forgiven.
I will bring more info to the group when I can.

What sort of time-frame can you speculate to as to when you may have a patent secured and have you stopped treating patients until you have the patent?

It is tricky being here, as I've mentioned-because if I stay away I look like I'm hiding or ignoring and if I post I look like I'm selling. I am partnered now with another physician and we are attempting to get all in place to start a pilot study. This much you guys know already. The update, is that, the since the science of the shot relates to cell biology, I'll be hooking into the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association. If you wish to be updated about the research, signing up for that newsletter Will be a way to be informed in detail about research and time frames as they become more clear. For good reason, the people who monitor clinical trials want to see every ad for research to make sure that there is full disclosure. Posting to forums will probably not be an acceptable method for the IRB (internal review board). I will continue to post here (as it seems appropriate and respectful to the whole plan), but if you wish to stay informed of and to be notified of future research in an official way, go to www.accma.memberlodge.org and sign up for the news letter. The site discusses the use of cell biology for cosmetic purposes (which is a category that encompasses the Priapus Shot (TM). I'm not aggressively looking for patients now. I have a good idea who will respond and will design the study around that group then expand to look for better ways to help all concerned. I salute the bravery of those who are here. Never forget that strong families and strong relations are the best "happiness machine" and good sex in a deep relationship helps make a strong family.
