If you don't mind submitting these inquiries to the new forum found at "www.phalloboards.org" you might find more responses. The bulk of our forum members have migrated to the newer version of this forum,
Thanks for joining the discussion... you'll notice the activity here has died down considerably, that's because we've moved the discussion to the new forum found at www.phalloboards.org
This site will remain as a valuable resource, but the dialog will continue at the new site. I'll need to put a bigger banner indicating our move to the new site.
As for shills, it's an unfortunate problem. If anyone has been following MyNewSize in the past 6 months, they'll see that all the old content was deleted and replaced with "Dr. Elist is the greatest ever"-type threads. Then it spilled over onto this forum, which we promptly have taken care of. Regardless, these doctors aught to give us the facts, the pros & cons, risks & benefits, and let us judge for ourselves. Throwing a sales pitch regarding a matter as personal and significant as our penis is simply not right.

Hey qaz5109, your best bet would be to address this question at the NEW forum.
We've all up and moved to the new forum because this site's host does not allow nude (before & after) photos of penises. This forum will remain open as an archive & resource, but the forum dialog will continue at the new site found at:
Hi folks, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Patrick, I am from Ireland, and I had surgery with Dr. Elist in January of 2010 (penile implant). I have taken out a huge loan to travel to the US, stay at a hotel, and have the surgery done. It will be onother 3 years before my loan is paid off!
Initially, I was very happy with Dr. Elist's implant. I did have some serious initial pain, which far exceeded the "moderate" pain described on his web site. However, after about 2 weeks I was almost pain free and the healing went well. After about 10 weeks, I was able to have "light" sex with my wife.
The implant was very noticeable to the touch, but it did look really well. And I finally felt comfortable using public urinals, etc. I really loved my new penis.
And then, about 3 months ago, having had normal sex with my wife (as usual), my penis was sore all night and the next day. I started to feel sick and, in during the following night, I had a temparature of 104 degrees. My penis, scrotum, and pubic mound hurt like hell and everything swell. I wrote to Dr. Elist, who told me to go to my GP and have him prescribe very strong antibiotics. Of course, he examened me thoroughly and, not knowing what that was in my penis, questioned whether this was a good thing to have. It took 3 full weeks for the swelling to go down.
During this time, and afterwards, my local GP examined me and he explained that the material in my penis had become loose an caused microscopically small injuries, which, in turn, caused the infection.
I have contacted Dr. Elist several times after this, but he only asked for pictures and once I had sent them, he would not write back to me.
Can any of you give me any advise? My penis is currently causing tolerable pain, but it is certainly deformed, becuase the implant seems to have dislocated and my penis appearm much wider now (not nice!). I might be able to lend some money for another flight to LA, but I certainly cannot pay for another surgery to have the implant removed by Dr. Elist. I am still paying for the first surgery. Is he ethically or legally required to remove it free of charge? What will happen to my penis? Will it be all messed up? I am really frightened.
Also, I have not had sex with my wife since (because I can't) and this can't be going on forever. There seems to be no healing on its own.
I would appreciate any advise any you lads could give me. Thanks!
Truly sorry to hear about your situation but there is some hope. Have you finished your course of antibiotics? There is a chance you can mitigate any immediate effects from an infection. I would recommend its removal since, if it is indeed causing problems, it is probable that it will continue to create problems.
In my opinion, he should absolutely remove it for free, especially if the implant has dislocated from its intended position. I'm quite surprised he has not written back to you, you may want to consider calling him and having him advise you over the phone.
I also advise that you post your story/info over at the new forum found at www.phalloboards.org - This forum has migrated over to the new site, so you may not get a lot of feedback here (since it is quiet around here). This forum will remain open so people can review all the available info, but it is recommended to resume the dialog at the new forum. Hope to see you there, and hope everything works out!

Yes & no.
Posts counts ARE reset. However, you only require the balance of the required posts to achieve "PhalloBoards Legend" (500 posts) at the new forum.
Example: A member has posted 103 times on this forum. The member has posted 397 posts on the new forum, not 500, but will still earn the "PhalloBoards Legend," title. This is NOT true for all lesser titles on the new forum (i.e. Contributing Member, Centurion, etc.).

This site will remain active. It isn't being shut down or deleted. The new site essentially enables members to post photos unlike this site.
This site will likely remain active for a few weeks/months until the migration to the new forum is nearly 100%. This site will remain available on PROBOARDS servers indefinitely to serve as a Resource & Archive for those who continue to research the subject matter.
I have locked the big PMMA thread as an attempt to stimulate some migration to the new forum, but I wont force it too much. The new forum is a bit of a ghost town, but that is also because it is new. In the coming days/weeks/months, it should (theoretically) be as active as this site is, if not more.
justpitchingin: Anyways.. I have had the Elist procedure.. only 14 weeks post-op.. So far so good.. But be warned the girth is actually something that may not be appreciated as it may be a bit much for folks that are not into girth..

champ101: Dr Colin Moore is a butcher, NEVER allow him anywhere near your penis. His work is VERY bad and his fees are far in excess of others who complete these surgeries much better. He could not care less about his patients, his work is VERY bad.
