The hanging problem with an implant is more mechanical than anything else (of course stitches at the glans are a problem too). Where would you grab the penis from? The glans? then the weight may pull against the stitches. IF you try to pull behind the glans, then the skin will just slide forward and the implant will stay in place, I tried it by hand and it does not work. It is possible to "push" the implant out ward from the base of the penis, but again, there is not much to grab on. It is hard to explain the dynamics of the situation. I hope I did.

Hi Skep. One, Sorry it took so long to respond but I just don't spend a lot of time on line anymore. What I meant by one of the lucky ones was actually 2 fold. one being lucky that I didn't have any major complications, and 2 the fact that I didn't loose any length. I still think that may be due to not having mine stitched in at the glans. As you all probably know I wanted it put in mainly to stretch out some foreskin. Elist never expalined anything about the procedure, I just happen to have found out by reading posts from other guys about this stitching thing, and remember that I was told that mine wasn't and would drop down in time from gravity past the rim of the glans to accomplish that. All was going fine and then after about three months it stopped dropping down, and has either moved back up some or the rest of the penis has streched out some more so that the only time it covers even the slightest amount of the glans is when I'm totally flaccid, like almost when your cold flaccid. most of the time it doesn't cover any of it now. Which would mean to me that if anyone wanted to better their chances of avoiding complications they could have it put in w/o the stitching at the glans, and stillnot get the look of an uncut dick,if a guy didn't want that look that is. As far as the hanging.... I don't see why it would hurt once everything is all healed up either, I'm sure I could now and it wouldn't hurt anything, at least it sure doesn't seem like it would, again maybe that's because of not having the stitching , I don't know. Everything sure seems good and solid to me now though at 8 months post op. still love the added girth, in fact that more than makes up for the dissappointment with the foreskin situation. I just wish all guys had the good fortune with the implant as I have, I really feel for you all that hadthe problems , take care all

Hey Mark it is good to see you here. I am glad you are doing well. I think the implant after a while settles down and some capsule tissue keeps it from moving too much. May be that is why yours has stopped from dropping.
I am actually seeing about .25" of an increase in erect length! That is very good news.
There are no more options out there for our dicks , it is just a matter of finding the least risky one with the best results and now that most of us have learned a lot from others and from our own experiences we should be able to make better choices.
Stay in touch.

Hey Mustang that is great news! I hope it will eventually get close to original length for you. I was just checking out some of those plastic? injectable posts on this site and I thought they sounded encouraging? no? I guess it's maybe like the old saying goes.... If it sounds too good to be true......... ya know...? I haven't researched any myself but by looking at some of the links, I thought that just maybe there's a chance for some of these guys to experience the fun girth gains w/o the bad odds of luck with the Elist (our) implant. I'll try to keep up with the latest and I should post some new pics too. thanks for all that you've contributed to our PE knowledge here and the old MNS,... later

Hey Mark,
Do you plan on sharing any more pictures of your current progress? Glad to hear that things are going quite well for you.
Also, would you happen to know of any other guys who had the Elist implant put in without stitches and if yes, how they are doing?
I remember one guy over at MNS had the procedure done without stitches but he encountered a few problems and was not doing nearly as well as you were/are. It seems that he only posted a few times than disappeared.
Thanks and looking forward to hearing more, stormy

Stormy, I can't think of that other guys name either who didn't have the stitching. I always ask when I hear of a new guy getting the implant, but they all have the stitching, or they don't know if they do or not. I wish Elist would talk about that option more, but it seems he automatically does it, unless a guy specifically ask's for no stitching. Also, I just tried to post some pic's but each one is just a hair over the alotted KB limit..... don't know what to do. Unless I can e-mail some to S.O. or someone who can then post them. If anyone wants to PM me I should be able to e-mail some to them.

Mark, if you would like you can email them to phalloboards@yahoo.com and I can see what I can do about making them fit onto the forums....do you know what the KB size (on average) was?
otherwise if anyone is interested, Mark has kindly offered sending photos via email.

Go to You Tube and search removal of silicone implants...one of the first selections is entitled: REMOVAL OF SILICONE BREAST IMPLANT 18 YEARS LATER...(Something like that)-check that and related videos out-Important
