I'm no ''newbie'' to PE. I've actually been around the online community now for over a decade. I've seen it from its' infancy when there was on peforum.net and a small handful of very crude paysites up to what it is now. I knew the founders of the community when they were ''newbs'' themselves. Thunder, Ulistretch, BIB, Doublelongdaddy, and so on. I enjoy being a member of the community. I've not only made good, permanent gains myself, but have also coached hundreds of men personally along the way, and probably helped literally thousands indirectly though posts, videos, pictures and ''how to'' guides. I've made friends, a few enemies but enjoyed the journey and continue to.
To date, I have gone from 5'' non bone pressed erect length and around 3'' in flaccid non bone pressed length along with 5'' of shaft girth to my current size of 7'' non bone pressed and 6.25'' of shaft girth, erect.
I only concern myself with aspiring to further girth gains. I'm shooting for a long term goal of 7'' or better in erect girth. From my own sexual experience, I can say that is sane and logical. My wife can definitely handle it based on temporarily being that size after pumping/clamping.
I currently use a very aggressive, balls to the wall type of pumping/clamping routine. I pump for 20-25 minutes a day at around 7hg for a warm up, then I clamp for a total of 20-40 minutes depending on how things are feeling and what I desire that day. I put my 110% effort into clamping, therefor I am able to do more in less time. I only clamp 3 or 4 days a week, averaging 3 days most weeks.

My current girth varies from 6.25'' to 6 and 3/8''. I feel I'm coming up on another gain soon.

Wow, yea I think your username sounds familiar, I too post at Thunders from time-to-time. That's one hell of a package there buddy, you should be proud!
I'm actually looking into a PE regimen to help "condition" my penis for potential/eventual surgical augmentation. I'm well aware of the risks of surgery, but at this time have decided that it is something worth the risk given my undesired starting size. If I manage to somehow make significant gains in the next 2 years, I may postpone or even cancel the need for surgery, but time will tell.
For now, I've recently started a basic jelqing and stretching routine in the shower. I hope to upgrade to an ADS by next year, and also experiment with pumping (perhaps bath mate ?).

What is non bone pressed, flaccid and erect? is it just pulling on flaccid penis for measurement?

What is non bone pressed, flaccid and erect? is it just pulling on flaccid penis for measurement? Non bone pressed means a ruler measurement along the top of the penis that is right over the top of the penis, and not pressed into the skin at all. Bone pressed would be similar, but pressed to the pubic bone. Bone pressed is usually used to track length gains accurately because of the lower likelihood of things like changes in bodyfat, water retention, changing tissue water levels, etc from skewing the measurement. Flaccid is when you are not erect. Erect is a hard penis.

Sorry, I knew the meaning of erect and flaccid but I meant to ask about flaccid bone pressed and erect bone pressed but now I understand the bone pressed meaning. If I use the bone pressed method, I can easily be over an inch longer in erect length than when I just barely touch the skin at the base of the penis for measurements!. But this is not usable length, when using the erect bone pressed numbers, when having sex so it is more for accurate repeatable results I would think and I would agree to it.

Could you coach us here?
How about posting more pictures and posting some videos and some "how to" guides? This would help us who can't afford PE surgery or do not want the risks associated with this procedure.

If anyone is interested in a nonsurgical method of increasing girth, you may want to contact stillwantmore and ask him about his clamping routine. It seems effective and stillwantmore has posted some videos, perhaps they can be moved to this site. One one of his videos, the sound goes out a few seconds into the video.
