I've just been reading alot of guys who have had experience with FFT that seems more positive.
Anyone care to elaborate on their experience?

informeddecisionmaker (MNS member, not sure if he has an account here yet) had undergone FFT not too long ago and has been working out good for him so far. I have also chatted via PM to others in the past and it seems that FFT has made significant improvements over the last few years.
Apparently the trend now is "staged FFT" where a doctor will inject a much smaller amount of fat into your penis than previously done to allow the fat cells to vascularize - improving its chances of survival and a lesser frequency of re-absorption. Then the idea is to get "topped off" every few months to both correct any minor lumpiness and/or to add additional size. This is my understanding, not something I know definitely.
FFT is the least likely to pose the risk for rejection since its in fact your own cells. The biggest issue with FFT that still remains for me is the quality of aesthetics. But when it comes down to it, I have started to accept that surgical augmentation will have some bit of "unrealism" much like "boob jobs" have.
p.s. dog, I moved this thread from the "Surgical-Methods (RESOURCE ONLY)" to this board.

Probably the most well known physician doing FFT is Dr. Giunta. The technique is improving as mentioned by Skeptical One. The aesthetics seem very good in the flaccid state as shown here: www.drgiunta.com/phalloplasty_gallery.htmlBut aesthetics in the erect state may be another thing. I think someone on TP post an erect FFT and quite frankly looked like a coke bottle. Another issue is how long will the FFT last. If anyone here has gotten the staged FFT or knows someone who has, please tell them about our forum and encourage them to post about their experience.
