Well, by now most of you know me and what I'm up to... So here's my question: I have decided if it isn't unsafe to go for temporary Glans enhancement either just before or just after my first PMMA injection. Since I'll already be in California I wondered if there is a safe method which produces good results and whether a good practioner is located near that region? Thanks for any suggestions as to whether it would be wiser to get this before or after scheduling with Dr C. HC

There was some discussion about using pmma in the glans but it is too early to tell if it is a viable method.
There are some types of acid/oils that have been used in Asia to enlarge the glans, but they are temporary.
Some where in the world, I forget where, you can have a special type of snake bit your tool and the poison actually enlarges your penis, again for a few months or so....
Dr. Runel seems to say that his method can enlarge the whole penis including the glans. I think this is the safest method...

mustang, (( Some where in the world, I forget where, you can have a special type of snake bit your tool and the poison actually enlarges your penis, again for a few months or so.... )) I remember that I have mentioned it in the other thread " Is gaining erect length even possible?" 5th page ( HAHA ) There are two quicker ways to elongate our penis 1- By rubbing our penises with blisters of SUKA insects ( in India ) resources.metapress.com/pdf-previ....60&size=largest2- Or by another method : In the 16th century, the Topinama of Brazil would significantly enlarge their penis by encouraging POISONOUS SNAKE to bite their penis. They were in pain for approximately six months but the men felt the pain was worth the sacrifice. At the end of the six months the men had a monstrous sized penis that delighted their women.

I would prefer the SUKA insects and no way encouraging a POISONOUS SNAKE to bite my penis. HAHA

@mustang lets do it and fly to India lol, there is a doctor (in UK) he published a paper about rubbing the suka insects onto the penis ---> increase in length , this doctor name is Ashrafian, H.
Abstract --
A description of an ancient Indian method of penile enlargement is presented. The method appeared in both the Sanskrit medical corpus, "Sushruta Samhita" (ca. 3-4 century A.D.) and the Kama Sutra (ca. 4-6 century A. D.); it involved the rubbing of the bristles of a water parasite (called Suka) onto the body of the penis. Insect vectors of filariasis and elephantiasis have been proposed as candidate insects, but no clear evidence have been found. This practice is no longer existent in India.

OK guys, seems that Dr Ashrafian said that there's no evidence it ever worked, so who knows but I'm not about to trek there to check it out...
Now, in getting back to the Glans injections, there is a place in London I might take a trip to. It was envisionmore who brought it up. It is reasonably priced and I could take the chunnel round trip train ride all the same day. Worth a try. They offer a Glans Macrolane Injection as per our Moderator:
About Glans enlargement
"I have emailed Hans Place in London. Their website says they use Macrolane injections and the charge is 600 euros which is currently $800 usd. I'm going to email Dr C just to see if he would reconsider glans enlargement using an injected material such as Macrolane or similar."
Apparently Dr C doesn't offer this given he's plenty busy with his other interventions. I would like to do this, but I guess it isn't offered in the USA given that Macrolane hasn't been FDA approved?
Also I PM'ed envisionmore but he's been away from the board for a while. Anyone who knows him thanks for sending him my way if you have a chance; as he already investigated this possibility and might know of some safety or effectiveness issues.
Thx!

OK, I found a post by Johnnyabc in Thundersplace which quotes an email interview with one of the British doctors who does the Macrolane injections - note that this is for a full penile injection and not the gland, something we'd avoid given that for the staff Dr C rocks!
1. Is it in effect a dermal filler? Answer - Yes it is a filler, similar to Restylane, Juvederm, Teosyl etc
2. Where is it inserted? UNDER the Bucks fascia? Answer - Yes
3. Why there? Answer - most supportive area from a connective tissue point of view
4. What stops it migrating to the glans? Answer -connective tissue a. I have read that some people actually have macrolane into the glans. Is this advisable? Answer -No
5. Do the people who produce Macrolane suggest that such a procedure that I am enquiring about is advisable etc? Answer -It is a personal choice, the option of having the treatment is there and the product is safe to use in that area.
6. I get the impression you recommend circumcision – if yes, why? Answer -Circumcision is not necessary, but migration is a possibility, similarly with non-circumcised patients
7. Is there any problems of migration into the foreskin if not circumcised? Answer -is a possibility
8. If circumcision is required, would that be a problem for me (44 yrs old?) Answer - no, it would not
9. I have read that Hyluronidase effectively disperses the Macrolane if all were to go “wrong”. Is this correct? Answer -It dissolves the product as it is an enzyme
10. I have read that Hyluronidase can offer effects as good as Macrolane, is this true? Answer -no, it is an enzyme and hence wont give you the fill effect. Are you confusing this with Hyaluronic acid? Macrolane is a hyaluronic acid.
11. What stops the Macrolane moving freely about? Answer - stabilisation in the connective tissue. There is no 100% guarantee that it wont migrate, although it is very unlikely
12. After the procedure how "hard" would the penis feel? i.e as hard as normal but bigger or bigger but "squashy". Answer - The product goes soft after a few weeks (2-4). It will feel soft as the rest of the tissue.
13. What is the likelihood of “lumps / clumps"? Answer -There is a possibility. One cannot give figures. It depends on each persons physiology, life style etc.
14. And if they occur what can be done about them? Answer - Hyalurondiase injected to dissolve the product
15. In general terms how "even" is the re-absorption? Answer - BLANK
16. Approx How much “width” would 50mls provide? Answer -About 3-4 cm in the flaccid state, and 1cm in the erect state
17. And on average what would be the re-absorption of this with in the by the 3rd month? Answer -Unable to say, depends on lifestyle, activity, physiology etc
18. Appearance is very important to me as well as an increase. Would less Macrolane be better at first followed by smaller top ups?? Answer -Asymmetry a possibility, not completely round. Flaccid girth is the main result.
19. What are the side effects of Macrolane & Hyluronidase? Answer -possible side effects of the procedure: erectile dysfunction, DVT, Allergic reaction, lumps, nodules, granulomas, redness, swelling, infection, bleeding,
20. Can Hyluronidase be obtained & administered by your doctors or who every does the procedure? Answer -Prescription only
21. Who do you suggest does the procedure(Dr Wolf?)How many procedures the same as I am requesting have they done in the past 12 months? Answer - There are only about 5 of us doctors that have been recently trained in this procedure. To date there have been about 30-40 procedures done in the UK as Qmed have only recently trained us.
22. Do you have any pictures before and say 2 months afterwards & testimonials? Answer -Unfortunately not
23. I am also considering "pad" liposuction to - enhance the appearance. Do you offer such and would it be advisable to be preformed at the same time? Answer - We don't, need to source a plastic surgeon for that
What troubles me is that in question 4 this doctor says it is not advisable for use in the glans, whereas a doctor did communicate with envisionmore and priced that same procedure...

What I do know about macrolane is that it is squishy and is re-absorbed and is a horrible waste of money. This is from accounts of those who have used it. As for glans enhancement in California... I believe Dr. Rosenthal might use some variation of the Alloderm/Belladerm for glans but not exactly sure how he incorporates it. Maybe Kingpin can chime in on this matter. Problem with glans enhancement in general is that: 1. None are proven permanent. 2. Obtainable size is limited and perhaps not desirable enough for some patients. 3. Safety is a concern. Risks of migration are of concern. 4. Actual reports of people having glans enhancement are far & few. 5. The value sucks - in other words, the cost you invest with the 4 previously aforementioned issues not being resolved isn't a good value. hunkchunkyour serious inquiry into the topic of glans enhancement is a crucial one. Hopefully your research on the matter will yield some hopeful opportunities.

Hi SO,
Many thanks for your most helpful reply. I guess that Hans Place in London is no longer offering those macrolane injections for penile enhancement, I was hoping for a temporary solution awaiting what might be a likely future addition by Dr C of PMMA glans enhancement using larger plastic particles. So there's nothing much more to do than arm ourselves with patience. Yes, there is always the scary method of using latex tubing which can be very dangerous if not fatal, but it is said to gorge the glans and enhance its size:
"What I was missing with pumping is a way to hard stretch the "core" of my penis, between the pubic bone and the back of the glans. Pumping is great for girth but limited on its potential to provide hard sustained pull in this "core" area. Then I came upon the tube Idea and almost immediately gained about a half inch in length then hit a wall. At this point I turned to hanging, put on another half inch and am up angainst another wall. The advantage of the tube is that I can wear it three or four hours at a time, until I have to pee, and my flaccid is held at 7.5" all this time and my glans are greatly expanded which has resulted, over time, in increasing the overal size of my glans."
"My tube is slightly shorter than my flaccid cock and just big enough in ID that I can push my flaccid penis into the tube (5.5X1.25" ID vinyl tubing). I push until the head of my penis extends through just enough to grasp between my thumb and fingers and pull until the head is almost all the way through then pull my foreskin through all around. Now, nothing happens for a few minutes, then slowly the head starts to engorge and the penis lengthens as I push the tube toward the base of my penis. After about 15 minutes the entire glans is exposed and engorgement continues until (after this summer) my measurements in the tube are 7.5X6 flaccid and 8.25X6+ erect. Its very scary looking and heightens glans sensitivity and desire by an order of magnitude. Note, I constantly monitor glans sensitivity and color, any numbness or too dark a color, and off it comes!"
"Now, the glans feel rock hard and there is seemingly no way of removing the tube even when completely tube-flaccid. Procedure, I apply some vasiline and take the glans between my thumb and fingers and pinch the glans hard enough to push the blood out, this may take several concentrated pushes to get the glans to even start to reduce in size, five or ten minutes is not unusual. I don't pull on the tube untill I have reduced the size of the glans to a near flaccid state. I start to remove the tube by pulling on the skin of my penis, on the bottom, between the tube and my balls, as I pull the skin out it relieves some of the tendency for the head to engorge. As I continue to force the blood from my glans I push the glans into the tube. Once the glans are in the tube I pull the tube off, this causes some pain in the glans because it forces any remaining blood into the tip of the glans but I have had no adverse effects."
"I love pumping but I have given it up in favor of the tube because it applies a much harder stretch on the shaft of my penis and increases the size of the glans much more effectively. But it can be very dangerous. Only one member here has reported that he tried it and it didn't work for him. For anyone wanting to experiment I would start with a tube big enough in diameter you can easily fit into it and just long enough your penis can reach the tip. This will have the same effect so you can make observations and practice, it will not stay on but will be safer and make a good experimental platform. Note, I am uncircumcised, I don't know if cut guys can use the tube."
Those were select paragraphs from several posts/threads in the PE Gym forum. Not only are such tubes not readily available in proper girths and materials but also they seem to present quite a considerable risk factor which should makes us very cautious. I guess it is Dr Lemperle's research which carries the most promise, I'd rather not get surgery if at all avoidable.

@so bigwheels3535Thanks for recommending Dr Rosenthal. Here's his webpage about Glans enhancement: www.beverlyhillssurgical.com/page22.htmI wasn't about to get a graft, but this procedure gives 20% more girth to the glans to match staff girth enhancement. The picture shown is indicative of this proportional gain, and if not overly costly this would be a measure I would consider in awaiting a more permanent PMMA glans procedure. Which do you think one would want to do first? And any idea of prices? I guess I'll have to contact him to see what he charges for hyaluronic-acid gel injections in the glans. Cheers, HC

IT would make sense to the glans first since its enhancement is not predictable while pmma in the penile shaft is... Wait for the glans to settle then go pmma for a good aesthetic result

Yes that makes definite sense, even though you're going to calibrate a permanent enhancement on a temporary one...
The alternative would be to take into account during the PMMA session that the glans will be a bit larger, and go ahead with a slightly less tapered first session of PMMA injections given that it won't need to reach as small a glans girth. Or simply go about the PMMA as usual and wind up after seeing Dr Rosenthal with a large cherry at the tip?
