For the sake of newcomers and veterans alike, I'd like to address two terms that are used interchangeably and give them some new coinage/meaning specifically for use on this forum.
PMMA Enhancement
The option to obtain girth with aesthetics in mind. Realism, contour, and proportion are important. Expect gains of 0.5"-1.5" (depending on the penis). Typically requires 2 sessions to achieve (1st for girth, 2nd for touch-up).
Probably preferred more commonly with those who already have had other procedures in place (Implant, fat grafts, etc), especially to touch up on any uneven & distorted areas of the shaft.
PMMA Enlargement
To obtain girth at the cost of some aesthetics. Willing to forgo some realism for significant gains. Expect gains of 1.5" or more. Typically requires 3+ sessions to achieve (For forum veterans, the famous Fred would be an extreme example).
Not everyone who goes for 1.5" or more will necessarily have an artificial looking penis since it depends on Dr. C's work as well as the individual's actual penis (shape, etc). People in this camp still prefer to have it as aesthetically pleasing as possibly attainable.
If you are seeking PMMA for the penis, you are almost certainly from one of these two camps. There is no right or wrong, just preference.
I'm not imposing my vocabulary on anyone, so you aren't obliged to use the terms in this manner... but feel free to use these new glossary terms if you wish. It helps when we try and use universal terms and I suspect these in particular will become more relevant as time goes on.
