Hey everyone, I've been reading this forum for the last couple of months, and have basically read everything posted to this point. I wanted to say thanks to everyone that has contributed, especially S.O. and those sharing their experiences with the PMMA procedure. I am very interested in doing this myself, but I still have questions about the long-term effects.
The issue of erection quality/hardness came to me after a comment made by my girlfriend last week. We were talking about sex and how a medicine I'd been taking, a SSRI, made me last almost twice as long in bed. Of course, I'm loving being able to go 30 minutes or more so I was surprised when she asked me not to take my med that day until after sex. The reason being that she could tell a difference in hardness and didn't care if we only went for 15 minutes (as long as I was rock hard).
I mean, we are talking about a visually unnoticeable difference in EQ. I'm 27 years old and I own the damn thing and I couldn't tell any difference whatsoever in hardness. The difference couldn't be anymore than going from 100% to 92 or 93% and it made a big difference in the quality of sex for her. How's that for the "What can the vagina feel?" thread??
So, as someone seriously considering PMMA, here is my question.
How is it possible that a plastic-type filler like PMMA is less of a concern for long-term erection quality as opposed to a person's own fat, in the case of FFT?
Just in one thread alone, "Re:Anybody here had FFT with Giunta?", three different guys mentioned issues with EQ just from FFT.
All comments below are talking about FFT and can be found as the link below.

euphoric1968 - "i am about to go to A Dr. to get it [FFT] all removed because it caused mild ed for me...gradually my erections were not as strong as they use to be."
hoddle10 - "I had my FFT removed 3 months ago, as I had lumps etc. I didn't realise it was effecting my erection quality, as I'd had it for so long and just became used to my erections being what they were. However, I've noticed since it's been removed that my erection quality has really improved...I simply hadn't realised the full extent of the negative effect the fat was having."
justabitmore - "Regarding erections havent really thought about it but actually I do find that its less often I have a rock hard one..."
Can anyone explain, even in theory, what makes PMMA less likely to reduce erection quality over time than simple fat? Is it due to vascularization?
I remember reading somewhere on the forum that over time the PMMA beads may have shown to change size or something in lab tests? Has anyone found any long-term studies around the use of PMMA injections just beneath the skin?
I'm not trying to throw a damper on anyone here who's had the procedure, I just want to keep going with the research.
thanks to all
