Hey Folks,
So just to give a little information. The shuttle service Dr C provides cost $100. And while some of you are probably nervous crossing the border I have to tell you I've walked across twice and its a piece of cake. A taxi to the Grand Hotel Tijunua is around $8 but I usually give them $10. Leaving your car at the Border Station is $7.
That's $75 you're going to save just by walking across but the biggest benefit by far is that it takes longer to drive across the border then it does to walk. Expect around 30m to an hour wait in your shuttle at the border. Walking across has about a 15-30 minute wait.
Also some of us, myself included, like to take a little Cialis after the surgery to prevent retraction. If you walk across there are two pharmacy's you walk past where you can pick up some generic Cialis for $7.50 a pill without a script. I've found that generic works around like 70-80% the effect that regular Cialis which is still awesome for the price. For those that have never gotten it Cialis is really expensive.

You can pickup general cialis w/out a script in TJ? DOH! I could use some of those suckers next time haha.
I'm also going to consider walking for my 2nd visit, Tijuana during the day isn't so bad. Cost savings are especially noteworthy for those budgeting. I think E.P. had walked if I'm not mistaken, really isn't so bad at all.

Oh definately don't take it before you have to see the doctor. But taking a little the day after help keep a semi erect state to prevent retraction.
The generic name stuff seems to work a little differently then the brand name one. My erection isn't as rock solid but I don't know if that's just due to the surgery or not. Either way it does work well.
You can also buy brand name of 8 pills of 20mg for around $144 american. Generic is around $60 for 8.
Regarding the Taxi's I've been told to stick only with the yellow cabs. Sometimes they don't know english so you just wanna tell them "Grand Hotel Tijunana" You want the second tower. Going back I just say "International Border" or "Border de International" I'm not sure if that's correct spanish but it seems to work.
