Hey Folks,
So I was wondering if anyone who's had the procedure done, ever asked Dr C why limit it at 20cc for everyone. I'm about to go back for my second session on the 24th and the one thing I've noticed about the first session is there's about an 1/2" between the base of my glan to where the PMMA starts ( I've called it the ring in previous posts ). There's also a another gap from the base to where it begins.
I had 19cc's put in my first time. My penis is a over 7" long fully erect, which is above average. I'm wondering that since essentially what he's doing is filling up volume that maybe 20cc's is the baseline for average length of 5.5" and I could handle more.
The reason I bring it up is as I said before there's two places at the base and tip where there's no PMMA. I think some of this may have been due to retraction which I'm going to have a solution for this time around, but I'm also thinking that maybe people with longer penis' should have more cc put in to balance it out better.
I'm not trying to go overboard with girth here. My goal is two full sessions with 3/4" girth gain and then a touchup session but I want to make sure I get the most of my sessions.

It would make sense. If you are getting another full session (same as the last one) + filling in gaps that would probably be up to 25cc or more. However I think he may still limit it to 20 regardless. I get a sense they really don't want to start jacking up guys huge and getting complications. Maybe there's a safe limit of volume no matter how much its spread out. Also keep in mind the filler costs a decent amount of money, and I'm sure that plays a factor as well. Best to ask him of course.

I have the exact same concern... I am 7.5" - 7.75" long depending on erection level etc... I am also concerned that 20cc's spread out over my entire length wont yield me the typical 0.75" girth gain in one session... I go in on thurs and I will also email wade about it tomorrow.
It would make sense that a longer length needs more ccs... ill pay more if money is the issue. I will definitely keep everyone posted on this.

sizemic - How much do you retract? I go from 7+ to 4/4.5 normal and sometimes to 3- after orgasm. Highly recommend a stretcher if you go mate. I just posted the design I came up with. It understandable if its more money. However I don't feel like I got an even distribution of the PMMA but I know he likes to do it gradually. In the end I think I'll have to speak to him about having three sessions and see what he says.

emptyyogurtcup , I like your stretcher , I was always supporting the idea of using a stretcher (mild-moderate stretching) post injection by only holding the glans. It is the same idea what Dr.C.'s Assistant is doing during the procedure (he is stretching your penis). But the stretcher will be of no benefit (that is only my opinion) if you didn't use it straightaway in the clinic ( try not to let your penis retract too much post injection ) . The question now is can you use it when you cross the border ?? (e.g. if you are leaving on the same day) metal detector??? I would use like-your stretcher and stay in the hotel in TJ and have REST and MONITOR my penis for 24-48hrs. I think to have the best result , it will depend on- 1- The doctor's technique- ( injecting the pmma equally all over the space under the shaft skin by using a marker pen like most plastic surgeons do. I would say >50%. 2- Your technique- by trying to prevent your dynamic organ from changing its length ( e.g. if you have stretched FL 7" and FL 3" that might affect the distribution of the microspheres ). Lets think about it in this way a gel is injected in 7" long object then straightaway you shorten that object by pushing on its long axis ---> 3"- 4" (surely it will affect the distribution of this gel) then later on the length of this object is increased (i.e. erection) esp. after the absorption of some of the gel (>24hrs)---> sure you wont have exactly the same result as during the injection (stretched flaccid) 3- The anatomy of your penis (e.g. peyronie or some tight skin in some part of the shaft skin). I agree with you (EYC+SIZEMIC ) about more EL = more volume (pmma) , sure you will need 25cc and not less (for 7-7.75"EL) esp. in the 1st session, you should ask Dr.C. about that , I remember I had not less than 25cc. in my 1st session (I have 6"EL) without any complications . But we should always listen to our treating doctor , sure he wants to be on the safe side .

EYC,
Sorry I ment about using a paperclip or fastener when you cross the border (metal detector??) .

My girth difference is even less at 4.5" erect and 4.25" flaccid. I have done manual PE for 5 years+ now. I started at 6" erect 4" flaccid and 4.5" erect girth and 4" flaccid girth... so I was a shower then as well... only more so now. I asked Wade about posibly needing more cc for longer penises and he said that if that is the case it is $75 /cc. I am assuming this would only be a case of if it were needed or not. I would bet that you just can't go in asking for more than the standard 20cc... they would likely only add more if it is really needed. I will mention it during the appointment as well... I definitely don't want a poor result just because of my length.

@smart - There was no metal detector when I went through last time. If so then I'll just explain what it is and if they have to pull me aside to look at it I don't care. It might seem funny but I'll have the doctors post surgery note with me. I really feel that the ring and ridge at my base were caused by the amount of retraction I have because of the nearly 3 inch difference between flacid erect. They like to take photos too and I'm going to pass this time. As soon as they are done I'm attaching the stretcher. sizemic - hmmm well I only got 19cc's the first time. I didn't get $75 back... Pretty amazing stretching results my friend. Never have done it myself but at 7 inches I've been called a 'Tower' before. Just not very thick at 4.5...

EYC, I agree with you absolutely about what you have said -
(( I really feel that the ring and ridge at my base were caused by the amount of retraction I have because of the nearly 3 inch difference between flacid erect )).
Thats why I have always said before use something to stretch your penis directly in the clinic after the injection , it will never do harm to your pmma in the other hand it will spread the small beads evenly along your penis and the beads will stay in this position until the absorption of the gel is completed .
Unless the reason of the ring and ridge at your base is due to the doctor's technique which I doubt it.
Injecting pmma in a dynamic organ ---> surely you will never get an even and symmetrical shape penis after the 1st session(or even after the 2nd session) , but in the other hand injecting pmma in a non-dynamic organ --->surely you will get a better result.

Smartman makes a good point, there are factors involved with how much PMMA your penis can take per session, but I believe that for the majority of penises, the 20cc maximum is a good rule to go by. Dr. Casavantes has a very effective girth solution with PMMA and I don't believe it is necessary to risk or jeopardize someone's outcome when it could have been staged over 2 or 3 appointments.
Some of the biggest issues I've seen with girth procedures were either aesthetic distortions or complications arising from too much foreign mass putin all at once. While PMMA seems to have a good track record, there is no reason not to believe that other physiological complications could arise from over-filling (pressure skin necrosis comes to mind).
I'm sure the doctor has decided 20cc based on many procedures he has done, but I can also imagine him exceeding that limit on a case-by-case basis, since after all some penises may be able to accommodate it safely.
Anyone who wishes for significant girth gains, your best bet is to request the doctor pump the absolute maximum he's comfortable with. Request this at least 2 times and I'd be surprised you don't have a fat penis. Use a 3rd session (maximum) for minor touch-ups. At least that's my plan. I told him to pump me to a maximum level without breaching his comfort zone and that equaled 16 cc for me. While I'm still early in the post-op process, it's remarkably thick given my original starting size. Another 15-20cc I should surely be wearing a magnum. Just remember that over-filling (staged or not) can also risk affecting the realism of your penis, so you have to weigh out what it is that you want when seeking a lot of cc's.

I think it important to note that if your going for the biggest gains its almost more important to have more sessions with the least about of PMMA in order to build up slowly because you'll get a better look as deformations are minor and can be treated as they arise.

smartman - I stretched and wrapped it for the drive back to my apartment and now I'm just keeping it wrapped as must as possible. I'm hoping as I do this over a week it will help to make the flacid state longer.

I had my 1st session today. Dr. C did use more than 20cc, but his words were as such: "We have seen the pictures you have sent us, and it looks as though we may need to use more than 20cc for you."
In the end I got 22cc. I don't think he will go over 20cc unless it is truly needed. He said he doesn't like to exceed it normally because it can cause more complications. So, yes, long penises may require more than 20cc. I would not say its a privilege to get this, more it is just the adequate amount to get the normal expected results that Dr. C normally gets without gaps etc. I am sure if I was not as long, I wouldn't have got more than 20cc today.
