I would be very interested to know if having PMMA in your body feels like you always have a foreign substance in you? Are you aware of it all the time or a lot of the time? I am sort of imaging going to sleep and having my body all relaxed and then thinking to myself "what's on my penis"? You know, just having that feeling like there is something attached to you. Is that how it is? Can someone describe it please?

Believe it or not, even with the implant you are not aware that it's in there after about 3-4 months I would say. Of course you can feel it during sex or when you touch your penis, but when just going about daily activities ( or laying in bed) no... you don't feel it. I think the implant and PMMA have a lot in common when it comes to what the guy feels. It does seem that PMMA is much less noticable to the partner however. This is all assuming that one didn't have any issues with the implant, which as we know is .... I guess you could say -- common. (unfortunatly). Otherwise, that girth sure feels great though! just my 2 cents
