So here's a question for those of you that have had enlargement surgery already. Do you have a sense of what the optimal girth size is for females? I'm interested in figuring out the size they are looking for. I found this chart online and it seems to be posted all over the place when people ask my question. www.penissizedebate.com/images/doc/penis_size_preference_chart1.gifI'm looking at enhancement surgery myself and wondering what size is best to make a female crawl around in bed but not painful to her.

The right girth size will change with the women you sleep with, generally speaking.
women who have had few men and have not had children, will be very happy with 6" to 6.5" in girth. Others who had children and/or have had many partners can easily take 7" and really enjoy it. Of course this is my own estimation and there are many individual cases that will not meet the above statements.
For me, the implant had provided enough girth to please the women I go with, it is a bit over 7" at the very base and it tapers down to about 5.5" just behind the glans in case you want ed to know the stats.

6-7 is good girth.
Like men, not all women have the same genital size.
For women it depends on how they were born, who they have been with, and if they have had children.

The guys with really big girth in adult films tend to be the guys the hottest and most well known girls wont work with. Guys like Shorty Mac and Shane Diesel are rarely seen performing with the top models. There are good reasons for that. If a woman loves you, she'll tall you what you want to hear and if you feel confident you'll believe it and if you feel insecure you wont. So when a woman tells a guy she loves his huge girth he wont doubt it for a second. But when she says she wouldn't want his average girth to be any bigger, he'll not believe her. The idea of 7" girth even being mentioned in an optimal thread just shows to me what a terrible effect the extremes of the interent have had on people. I accept Mustangs point about if you are married and you wife has had children and she gets time to adapt to it, that she'll probably love the 7" of girth. But she could equally adapt to 8" of girth. I'd guess the biggest improvement comes from the confidence it gives the guy.
In my opinion, the best size is more like 5.75". I bet 5 years ago, most would have agreed with a number around that and anything over 6.5" wouldn't even have been mentioned in a thread like this. It's been discussed in recent times on thundersplace, but the whole penis size culture is changing. 5 years ago everyone seemed to crave around a 6" girth. Now we are seeing guys joining PE forums that have girths of around 7". The other day EP posted in the post PMMA sexual experience thread about how his partner had to push him away and place her hands on his waist. I bet most of us, me included, thought this was great when we read it. But when you actually think about it, it's not a good thing at all. If you got pushed away because your penis was too small to feel anything you'd be devestated. Yet when it happens because it's too big and she wants you to slow down, is that supposed to be good?

Hoddle10 that's the truth I never in a million year think I would have a 6.25 girth but now that I do I want bigger, it's crazy because my lady screams 10-15 minutes into sex where it was a little uncomfortable when I placed my penis inside her when we first started sex. I go back and if I measure right I should be around 7-7.35 girth which is insane. Now I really can't have ruff sex from behind because she complains that it hurts really bad! It's like a gift and a curse

Hence why my ideal goal (after PMMA) is 6" and nothing more. I would be equally content with 5.5"-5.75" as Hoddle suggested as being optimal. Not sure how realistic the goals are since my starting size is on the small side, but we'll see what can be done in my situation.
If I had started with a much larger original size, I still would have made 6" or slightly over my maximum since 7" or 8" in girth is a bit excessive. You want a girl to enjoy herself too. Sure, some girls like it huge and rough, but I doubt thats a majority.

I think the shape of the girth also can have a big effect on her pleasure. My own experience has showed me that a slight coned shape penis give them better feelings. For example, my girth is about 5.5 at the glans to about 7 at the base erect of course. If I feel the woman can't handle the total girth, then I can easily back off a bit. But, I found that the girth, after my op, makes them a lot more wet even thu a few of them were tight and small. If they are into it and are wet enough or if you use enough lube, it should pleasurable with some minor pain or no pain. BTW, I tend to go out with small young ladies with no children. I have found out that women with children had no problems at all with the maximum girth.

I just would like to point out that according to the LifeStyles study (which may be more prone to overestimating the average size), 5.5 inch girth still appears to be in the 90th percentile: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Penis_circum_percentile.svgMy point is that even guys who preferred really big breasts would still appreciate girls in the 90th percentile.

True skatezy, I've seen that link but what this post is about is what girth size is desired by woman not what the average man has. It seems like 6 1/4 - 6 3/4" is around what makes them moan the most. Sex work aside that is.

It's totally made up by a guy selling penis enlargement products. Even if the guy really had polled women (he hasn't) it wouldnt make that chart true, as they are absolutely useless at estimating length, so are going to even worse with girth. Most women would never have experiecned a 6.5" girth. Do you really believe the best selling dildos are anywere near that big?

I know that in my case my wife really seems to like it when I spend some time pumping prior to sex. The pump gets me up to around 5.5 to 5.75, depending on the day, and it makes things quite a bit better for both of us. Eventually I'll go with the permanent increase (most likely PMMA) with my goal being 6 to 6.5.
It will be interesting as more guys report back on how the sex life is after the PMMA. It does seem that the 5.75 to 6.5 range is best for most women from everything I've seen and experienced.

I agree with Hoddle10. woman can't estimate size worth a shit. I am around 6.5 length and one day I asked my gf how big she thought I was and she said "I dunno like 5? that's avg right?" I was rather disappointed to say the least.

usmcwolf19, and this is why we should also call BULLSHIT when ladies boast about their men with 8" (or bigger) dicks. I mean according to all the statistics, an 8" or longer dick is quite a rarity, and odds are that the girl is either intentionally lying, or simply doesn't realize that she can't "guess" the size by just looking. This may not be a healthy piece of advice, but I know that if I personally experienced insensitive remarks, I'd do the same thing to indirectly hint at the girl that she needs to be more conscious of what she says. "Oh you are B cup right, thats average right??" lol
