Hi guys,
I've been looking at post-PMMA pictures, and it occurs to me that most PMMA patients end up with very tight-looking skin (which would make sense, of course, as volume has been added to the penis).
So I've been wondering, would it be permissible to pump afterwards, to increase the amount of skin and perhaps help return to a more natural-looking state? Please note that I'm talking about low-pressure pumping here (3-4" Hg). Thanks for your time!

@ sacstock, You may want to consider what idm suggested and pump (and stretch) before getting FFT and/or for several months as an excellent way to prepare the penis, especially the skin to accommodate a filler. But to it is important to REFRAIN from pumping for at least 48 hours prior to getting FFT/PMMA. idm is a very knowledgeable guy and has experience with PE fillers, and I believe has a medical background.
@bigbiz - thanks for finding this out. Did Dr. C mention any what pressure (ie. 10-15 mmHg) is best or not to exceed a certain pressure?

I would say you should consider pumping before getting pmma ( esp. if you have tight skin over the shaft during erection ).So I would prefer using it before and not after ( anyway you will need bigger pump esp. after the 2nd injection).

Other than pumping, is anyone else aware of any non-costing exercises that may help induce skin growth? I'm going to be stretching a lot and I'm not sure whether I will be getting a pump or not. I can barely cover the cost of the trip & procedure for PMMA, so I don't have the luxury to drop $100-200 on a pump (though I may ultimately do so if it seems to be the most effective way to improve my chances with PMMA).
I really want an ample amount my first session because there is no telling how long it will be until my second session (both for work and $$ reasons). I think as of now my penis may not be the greatest candidate for larger volumes of PMMA, so I'm seeing if there is anything I can do to change that.
Thanks.

A pump can be built from a brake bleeding kit (about $15 at harbor freight, and includes an accurate gauge) attached to an aquarium gravel-cleaning siphon (to be used as the cylinder). It helps to heat the edge of the cylinder and then flare it by rolling something hard over it. This makes it more comfortable, and also somewhat smaller at the base, helping it seal. This is what I use to pump, and it works fine. I think the total cost to put the pump together was around $20. You can find instructions online, or at Thunder's. I'll try to post a pic later today or tomorrow. Thanks for everything, guys!
