Given the sheer size of the PMMA discussion over at the General Phalloplasty forum, I have decided to make a non-discussion themed thread here to post links to resources regarding PMMA (anything and everything related to it and its use in bioplasty).
I'll start with a link I found on PMMA... I should note that while "Cancer" is checked as one of the concerns, further down it says that it does not believe it is a human carcinogen so I believe this "Cancer" check box was a mistake.
The article on the PMMA complications seems to be somewhat incomplete. Is there an expanded version of this? I had thought that most of the PMMA complications I had read about before either had to do with bovine collagen (Artefill) being used or due to overfilling. Has anyone come across a study involving the New Plastic that Dr. C uses? I have not found anything to date.
Very good info, you're doing a lot of research which I appreciate. I read through all of these. Wow, lots of data and still seem to be some questions unanswered. I thought the study you linked in reply #4 was the the best I've seen to date. How do you find all of this??? I'm impressed, keep it up!
My overall read on this is that the PMMA that is injected with the bovine carrier and doctors using needles instead of the cannulas seem to account for the majority of the issues that have come to light with PMMA so far.
Anyone have other thoughts on this?

gregterry: Please downvote Dr. Elist on Google Reviews and Facebook. Let people know what he has done to poor victims.

justpitchingin: Anyways.. I have had the Elist procedure.. only 14 weeks post-op.. So far so good.. But be warned the girth is actually something that may not be appreciated as it may be a bit much for folks that are not into girth..

hunkchunk: Hi Skeptical One, I hope this posting reaches you. You're aware that the new forum is down and I thought maybe you could post here if this one will be revived or if another hosting platform is forthcoming. Thanks and see you in the threads ! Hunk Chunk

champ101: Dr Colin Moore is a butcher, NEVER allow him anywhere near your penis. His work is VERY bad and his fees are far in excess of others who complete these surgeries much better. He could not care less about his patients, his work is VERY bad.
