Hey Guys,
Seems like we're making headway with PMMA for girth. Wanted to throw this question out there.... does anyone know of any effective treatments to enhance the size of the glans?
anything anyone has done, that they can say pros and cons about.
thanks in advance guys.

This is from Dr. Rosenthal's website: www.beverlyhillssurgical.com/page22.htmHe uses hyaluronic-acid gel, which can yield good results, but is not permanent. Talk to yardstick about his experience with Rosenthal. I couldn't find out what Dr. Solomon does for the glans: www.marksolomonmd.com/cosmetic-surgery/penis-enlargement.cfmI believe Dr. Reed can "enlarge" the glans by putting alloderm/belladerm behind the glans: www.penisdoctor.com/photo-penis-enlargement.htmcheck with tuckmeunder (are you still around) for clarification on this. Reed may also use hyaluronic acid. Take a look at these pictures from Dr. Krakovsky's website: www.penisenlargementsurgeryinfo.com/glanular-enhancement/I do not believe that Dr. Giunta can enlarge the glans with FFT/PRP, but check with idm - he is very knowledgeable and has experience with FFT. Dr. Casavantes states on his fact sheet, "There are no permanent techniques for enhancing the glans of the penis, and we do not recommend any injections in the area due to the high risk of migration of the implant into the bloodstream and possible thrombosis. As you can see in the simplified drawing of the three main structures of the penis on the right, the glans has no skin cover and is an extension of the spongiosum body that drains directly back into the venous circulation" There are some claims that the glans can be enlarged by pumping. Not sure if this is true - may check with stillwantmore.

If you scroll down to the Glans Enhancement section he says he uses Juvéderm, a hyaluronic gel product: www.penisdoctor.com/enlargepenis.htm

A pilot study using extenders out of Iran showed increases glans size. Not sure how valid the research is as most extender studies are BS funded by the companies or run by their paid physician consultants.

If a ventral approach is taken which does not cut across nerve fibers, the results are modest. " www.penisdoctor.com/enlargepenis.htmregarding Juvéderm, his website states, "uvéderm Ultra Plus can be injected with multiple fine needles sticks under local anesthesia, and the results are more impressive, but Juvéderm may only last for 6 months and touch ups may be required. Excellent breakdown there Sheldon. Dr Giunta doesn't perform glanular enhancement by choice. Not sure what Alters take is on it...probably the same if I were to guess. Surgery to the glans is potentially very dangerous. Hyaluronase aka:perlane, juvederm et al...are temporary and NOT CHEAP-Results diminish over 3-4 month period. Last I heard Reed was doing either surgical technique or injectable (either for the same price ) which was $3500. I don't know about you guys but not such a modest fee for a "modest" result!
If I really wanted to impress that special someone, I'd whip out the $20. Pump and let it works its 30 minute magic- call me crazy.

Large-
I looked into this @ one point in the past myself and opted out b/c I came to the conclusion the benefits weren't greater than the risk ratio. it was either Reed or Rosenthals site that once stated:patients can expect a 20% flare of the coronal ridge. (the ridge of the glans only) not the entire head, and this therefore will not amount to anywhere near an inch in circumference or length. I would never allow a scalpul to that area, I was specifically interested in the injectable, but as I said-opted not to do it.
The injectable options @ present (for the glanular enhancement) suck- they only last 3-4 mos. I know b/c I have experience w/them (non penile) they absorb fa$t!
The best is calcium hydroxyapetate, called RADIESSE, on the market. It lasts 2 years or slightly better but is too dense to be used in the glans...puddy like.
