Hi guys Im from Australia and for Aussies and infact alot of people around the world, Thailand is seen as a good alternative to mainstream surgery. It really has a booming surgery industry with many highly trained surgeons aimed at the international market, so i thought id try and find as much info about thailand penis enlargment surgery as i can and post it here. If you have any info or stories about your experiences, good or bad, your input is greatly appreciated. thanks

ok so for starters, i received an email from the PAI institute today in Bangkok after my enquiry about Dermal fat grafts
Dear Matthew, We do not offer fat graft because it is not last long.
Regarding for Penile Enlargement with Length, at PAI, we have 3 methods for people who is candidate.
If: Penile Enlargement with Lengthening = 7,000 USD Only Penile Enlargement = 4,400 USD Only Penile Lengthening = 4,000 USD
We do not use injection for Enlargement because doing with injection. It may cause an infection.
For our technique (only one in Thailand), we are using the material called Scaffold (Dry polylactic-co-glycolic acid scaffold, PLGA). This material is also certified by US FDA Approval for safest.
Using synthetic material covering core to increase penis size. This type of synthetic material (Dry polylactic-co-glycolic acid scaffold, PLGA) has been through laboratory experiments that can degrade themselves within 6 to 8 week and will not harm the human body. The surgeon will soak PLGA with serum (serum) patients and cell culture media after 24 hours and then cut open the skin penis and Lap of core parts with PLGA. Then sew closed wound.
By doing this makes the system new body cells naturally around core sex organs with the help PLGA is supported in the first period.
The result can improve at least 1.5 inches large and length.
This package has included: - 1 night in hospital private room after surgery - Scaffold - Medical care’s - Medical treatments - Take home medicines - Nursing services - Doctor fee - General anesthesia - Lab tests - Post op cares
All stitches will be remove 7 days after surgery. You can begin sexual intercourse 4-8 wks after surgery.
Should you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact anytime.
Best regards, Peera

Here is the link to an agency called destination beauty that sets you up with doctors in Thailand, they are one of many agencies that do this, so you can shop around, type "penis surgery thailand" into google and you will find other ones. These guys have some good videos on youtube though, so it gave me a good look at the types of facilities in the hospitals there and how your experience will be. Also some interviews with some thai surgeons, none of them talk about penis enlargement though. heres their youtube channel www.youtube.com/user/DestinationBeauty1I got quoted 66000 baht for the penile enlargement with groin tissue. This seems to be the thai name for dermal fat graft. Howver i cant locate the price page, i found it somewhere before but cant find it now. but here is the information page for the penile enlargement. www.destinationbeauty.com/other-procedures/penile-surgeries.html

This is another of these agencies that act as middle men for the international customers. The price is once again about the same and once again they use the name "penile enlargment with groin tissue" for the dermal fat graft. this website looks a little more basic though. however of note is that it is also at yanhee hospital, the biggest cosmetic surgery hospital in thailand and that it is also a 2 night stay in the actualy hospital, which i believe from recollection the destination beauty one was aswell (still cant find the price list for those guys though, i know i saw it somewhere). destinationsurgery.com/Other-Procedures/penile-surgery.html

here is a post i found on another site by a poster named 750peso, i dont know if you guys will let me put it here, but i havnt had any luck finding the member who posted it to ask permission, so ill post it anyway. i hope he doesnt mind, and if luck has it will actually be able to add to this thread in the future.
After reading this post it emphasizes the importance for me of staying in thailand for atleast 3 weeks after the surgery to be as close as possible to the doctor. Also the importance of understanding how the procedure will be performed, for example i would definately want to know exactly where the scar tissue was going to be.
Hi there
Last december I had surgery in thailand. I had dermal graft using groin tissue the doctors name was dr promote at yanhee international hospital in bangkok. The initial cost of the surgery was $2000 us. The hospital was very nice, clean and very friendly and I was looked after. I arrived on the monday had my consultation tuesday morning at 10am and was then booked for surgery at 2pm that afternoon. after the op I woke up around 3-4pm still very drowsy and was taken up to my own room where I stayed for the night. I was monitered through the night. When I woke in the morning I was very sore and swollen. I was able to walk around ok tho. The doc come in that morning and assessed everything and was happy for me to go after lunch. But also said I could stay for another night. I took them up on the offer because they just made everything so much easier and there food was really nice for hospital food. The next day the doc seen me again everything was good. But I was just really comfortable good food sevice cable tv etc. so I stayed another night. My flight back home to Australia was booked for 7 days after surgery. (which was a mistake) If I could turn back the clock I would have stayed longer just to let the swelling and stitches heal. When I say stitches I mean the in the area where the graft was inserted. it was an incision half an inch down from the base of the penis on the penis. This is where the problem started.
I arrive back in australia all excited everything is good after day nine I go to bed I wake up in excrutiating pain I had a erection after a couple of minutes it goes away. In the morning I wake up I removed the wrap I was told to wear. And I realise I have torn a stitch so for a few days I just try to keep it clean etc. After a week it wasnt really healing and the wound started to get bigger and I noticed that I could see the graft trying to swell out it was a white colour I by now I was really worried. A discharge was starting to ooz out I got in contact with my doc he told me to keep it clean an keep squeezing what I thought was puss out. It wastnt puss it was actually the the fat graft it had a strange smell and it was a pink colour really strange. I decided to fly back to bangkok. Just to give you an idea I would have squeezed out close to a desert spoon of fluid on the nine hour flight back. When I arrived the doc had a look and removed a lot of the graft which by then had turned white. I stayed there for another week a little more graft was removed the discharge stopped and I was left with next to nothing. The doc said it would take around 2 to wks to heal he wouldnt stitch it back up he just said has to heal itself. To this day the wound is still open, It just starts to heal and then I go to bed go to sleep by accident get an errection and it tears again. It is getting better but i am really over it. To date I have gained 0.5" in girth.
So my experience is not that good and for those who are looking at surgery Id ask your doc where the incision are going to be made and Id stay away from the area where I had mine. I really dont know what he was thinking cutting me there.

Personally I would be very careful with Thailand. I spent quite a bit of time there in the early '90s. One of my friends wrecked his rental motorbike while there and screwed up his leg in a bad way. Had to go to a hospital in Bangkok, place looked modern, clean, etc... a lot like the hospitals in the US. He ended up getting a nasty infection that damn near killed him. Had to go back to Hawaii to get fixed up correctly. The last story you posted reminds me of that.
I haven't been back there in many years, so I don't know if things have changed. I would check it out fully though. It would suck to save a few bucks and have your dick just about fall off, literally.

heres a reply i got today from PAI hospital about their PLGA scaffolds, i was enquiring about wether they can do scaffolds for longer penises, i didnt really get a clear answer, but im starting to think i may be too long for PLGA.
Dear Matthew, That's right. Scaffold technique is first taught by Dr.Perovic. He came to our clinic for demon about 6 years ago. That's why, we learn from him. The lenght of scaffold is 5 cm. If you need more, we have to use double. Their owner is from Korea. But their manufacter and lab is in China. The owner came to Thailand 2 weeks ago. We know him about 4 years refered by Dr.Pevrovic. The widen after Scafold can not gain a lot. It can be increase about 4 cm at most. It is not like injection or any other kind of material. We do only Scafold.
Therefore, patient who want to do Penile widening with scaffold should not highly expectation of a lof of increase. Best regards, Peera

Hi there mathew2003,
I am 750paso from mynewsize forum. I dropped the 750 now I just use paso. I wouldnt recommend the surgery which I had around 15 months ago. Obviously you have read my post if you have any other questions feel free to ask. my stats were just a little over 6" erect and 4.5 girth. 15mnths later a 6" scar in groin, scaring on shaft, holes under forskin where graft was stitched and numbness in parts of groin. Also alot of stress, unable to work for almost 2 months due to all the dramas associated with the healing process and absolutely no gain at all..... I just wish i had have researched more!!! On the positive side I also got my teeth done in bangkok very cheap and I am very happy with the results ;D

Hi there EP, pmma sounds very promising. Wish I had know of Dr casvantes before I signed up for my fiasco... And yes we are talking Ducati. Sadly I had to sell my monster shortly after returning from bangkok due to loss of income.

Hi paso
thanks so much for replying. i have a few questions if you dont mind.
I have to admit, one of the things thats attractive about thailand is the cost. I rang up dr colin moore in Australia, maybe you have seen his website, i think hes the only aussie doc aloud to do dermal grafts, his site says he has a patent on it. So i ring up his secretay and she quotes me $26000. Holy Moly man, that 12 times more than thailand and 4 times more than dr krakovsky in the US. bloody ridiculous. but anyway, one of the things with the cost is that i want to make sure i have enough money so that if something goes wrong i can pay for the second surgery as soon as need be, i dont want to be working the checkout at woolies, asking for extra shifts so that i can get enough money to save my penis before it drops off!!. I plan on staying around for 3 weeks after surgery, to be near the doc, if i did this in the US, hotels will cost me too much, plus to have enough backup money for possible problems, its just not within my bank balance reach.
so if i have to weight it up, do i have a surgery by a guy in america like Dr krakovsky who has probably done ten times the surgeries of thai docs, and hope that he gets it right the first time because i dont have enough to go back to the US and pay for a repair. Or do i go to thailand, with docs that have not performed dermal grafts as many times as a grand master, but i will be within shouting distance of their office for three weeks if anything goes wrong, such as a torn stitch, and also have enough funds to go back immediately after that three weeks when im back in Australia.
the US option would be about 6000 operation, 2000 ticket, and the worry of not being near a doctor. the cost for the thai surgery would be about 4000-5000 all up, including 3 weeks of hotels and airfares and food and then another 3000 to get back to thailand and pay for a repair operation if something happens after that three weeks. Thanks kind of how im looking at it.
So i was wondering how much he charged you to get it fixed when you arrived back in thailand??
also
why did they do it in the groin area??
I thought they normally do it in the abdoman or buttocks, so i was hoping to have it done where my bum meets my legs. Hopefully to hide the scar more, also i thought they took out two grafts and sewed them together, because otherwise the graft would be too wide. Theres so much confusion on dermal grafts for me because there is such limited information on the internet. i really thought there would be more personal experiences out there and more before and after photos. yours is only the second donor scar i have been able to find. The other was on maxyousize.com, and was just below the buttocks.
also
Did he tell you he was going to cut you on your shaft beforehand??, instead of the pubic hair area?? Im confused as to why they cut you on the shaft, i thought all the other surgeons seem to cut in the pubic hair area, that way it hides the scar for dermal grafts.
Also, you say he stitched you just behind the glands, this sounds good to me because i dont like the idea of a free floating graft, id hope he would stitch it at the base aswell.
Do you think the actual penis surgery was below what was expected, excluding the donor scar?? I get the impression that everything would have been successful if the stitches had not burst. did he give you anti erection medications?? and was there any problem bringing them back to australia though customs??
Also, did the doc tell you how many times he had performed the operation??, did you get to see before and afters from him??.
thanks mate, any info is greatly appreciated Matthew

Hey there mathew,
Yeah mate I have been to see dr colin moore he is full of shit. Thinks he is the only one around who can do dermal grafts. Yes he is the only one in australia who does dermal and I think this should tell you something.... There are two other drs, dr david caminar or caminer and laith barnouti these two drs both refuse to do dermal or alloderm/belloderm for a very good reason. Too many complications and very few happy patients. They both perform fft. Not sure how much research you have done but this is a procedure where fat is taken from your guts or your arse cheeks and injected into the shaft it is an old procedure. At first poor results such as uneveness and more importantly fat reabsorbsion occured. From what I have read new techniques have been developed such as staged fft.
I will now try to answer you questions. If you want to get dermal grafts be prepared for alot of pain and discomfort. It hurts like fuck and for quite some time. You get a big ugly scar you cant feel the fucker when you touch it and worst of all you dont get to keep it. Why was the graft taken from the groin? Dr says scar wont be as noticable and he thought fat would have a better blood supply. Oringinally he wanted to take from under scrotum I said no! As for the cut on the shaft I was not told this. All of his previous patients had ligs cut and girth done together. With these patients he cut above the shaft.
I know the price is very cheap but you pay for what you get and look what i got... If I can give you some advice rethink your plans. Thailand maybe holiday, dental, minor surgerys not phalloplasty. As for traveling to usa for dermals your mad. I dont think there would be member on this site who lives in usa who has done research on all the different procedures would even consider it.
If I were you id be looking into pmma with dr casavantes. he is very reasonably priced $1500 us dollars. I think you can fly to mexico for around $1500 return accomodation not sure on that and from what i hear it isnt that painfull. No scars No reabsorbsion and realistic results.

thanks bro, you may have saved my cock. actually i dont know, ill see how i go, i only just read the first page, that thread is like a book, 61 pages!!, i completely bipassed the pmma thread because it sounded synthetic, like silicone, which sounded like it had possible negative effects in the future.
I liked the idea of using my own skin, thats why i was against aloderm, i didnt like the idea of wacking off, knowing i was massaging some dead dudes flabby stomach. Ill give it a good read through and see how i go.
cheers mate
Matt
