There has been some healthy debate in the PMMA/Casavantes thread about the mixing of PMMA and grafts. By mixing, we don't mean doing two or more procedures simultaneously, but one-after-another (presuming enough healing has been done in between surgeries).
Could PMMA (or FFT for that matter) be a way to enhance one's girth after committing to a graft/implant procedure? Is it wise to consider combining the two (or more) in one's penis? Is there any medicine or science to back up or turn down the credibility of such an approach? Could those who have already had a graft/implant installed use fillers to improve the overall aesthetics and girth of their penis while avoiding the risk of complication?
I started this thread to continue that convo.

I also think adding Dr. Runels PRFM shots could be a great "1st step" before any girth procedure. If one can obtain size "naturally" first, in my opinion that is ideal. This is assuming of course that Dr. Runel's injection is in fact effective (no data yet proving this).
