Hey guys!
I am seriously considering Dr. Elist's surgical silicone implant for penile augmentation.
I am very curiuos if anyone has achieved length gain, as he said I could expect 1 -2" gain in the erect state, but that doesn't seem to mesh with everyone on this board.
Also complications?
Finally - what about the penis extender? A traction device? It's really uncomfortable BUT there are 2 peer -reviewed journal articles (one by urology at RUSH medical Center) that cite .5-1" length increase in study participants who use it for 5 hours a day for 3 months...
Just want a bigger cock like all you
Thanks guys

If you're a grower, 1-2" of length gain can easily be expected in the flaccid state. However, in the erect state, I would just be glad if I didn't lose anything. I've yet to read an account of a phalloplasty patient obtaining erect gains of 1-2".

Gaining length via the surgical route has shown little promise... at least when it comes to the testimony of patients on these (and other similar) forums.
Ligament release would need to be coupled with a serious long-term stretching regimen to realistically obtain length. I personally believe one could obtain almost as much length doing stretching alone w/out ligament release.
I have seen better gains from long-term committed manual penis exercises than from one-time surgical augmentations of the penis. 0.5" to 1" is a healthy range to expect (surgical or non-surgical), anything more would be very lucky.
As for the Elist implant, I'd carefully review the threads here and at MNS. I'd hate to give MNS any web traffic, but there seems to remain some important threads there regarding the potential dangers of the Elist implant. While some have had great success with the implant, many report quite the opposite.
You'll have to assess what kind of gains you are looking for, your risk threshold, and review all pertinent info on all available techniques before making any decision (imo). We're all here exchanging info, good luck!

Don’t expect to receive an automatic erect length gain from any surgery. I got the XL Elist implant roughly 18 months ago and lost 1 inch in length until I began wearing the AutoXleeve from AutoExtender.com at around month eight. I wore the 14oz. end cap for about 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week with periodic rest periods throughout each day. I also hand stretched for about 20 minutes, 3 nights a week. It took about 4 months before I got my inch back, and another 1-2 months before I gained .25 of an inch. I still wear it every other day and hand stretch 2-3 nights a week, but have not gained any new erect length over the past 3-4 months.
I love my implant and would do it over again in a second as my girth went from 6” erect to 7.75” at the base and just shy of 7” at the head, but Elist is not being truthful when he tells his patients they will gain erect length due to the weight of the implant. The implant will keep the flaccid looking long since retraction or shrinkage of the penis is no longer possible, but when erect you can forget about 1-2 inches. You will have to put in the effort for a long time to come if you wish for extra length, and even then it’s not guaranteed. Stalemango is correct though when he mentions the 1-2 inches in flaccid length, which is a huge ego boost in any locker room type situation.
You mentioned the penis extender. I used one back in 1995-1996 when I first had Dr. Rhineschild perform the lengthening procedure on me. Back then the one I had was called the "penistretcher". I hated the thing as the strap that goes around the penis neck hurts like hell, and in order to get it tight enough not to slip it cuts off the circulation to the glans. After my Elist implant I bought the VacExtender “Jes” kit from AutoExtender.com since it is basically the penis extender but with a vacuum attached end cap that holds the head of your penis instead of the strap. For me it turned out to be a huge waste of $300, (for the “Gold” kit), because after getting the implant my flaccid penis was too large to fit through the base ring. As a result I have never worn the thing.

My experience with the implant was a disaster, I had it removed and had corrective surgeries after that and still have complications including retraction. In my experience Dr Elist was a good sales man. He said the same thing to me that the weight of the implant will help to add length. That wasn't the case for me. The reality now is that I am more than an inch shorter!

Sorry to hear that terravm, retraction is such an evil complication. Imagine telling a woman who goes in to get a boob job that there is a "chance" she'll go down a cup size or two. Unbelievable.

The big irony here is that I "signed up" for a big dick and ended up with a penis reduction! I was normal size before all this but wanted to be superman...

Terrarvm: can't say often enough how terrible I feel for you, you have my sincere sympathy. damn! I wish everyone could have sucess like I did. just maybe he'll get this thing figured out before too many more guys have bad outcomes, I still think the implant idea has that potential. Wantmore: Good to hear you here! Wow! I didn't know your dick was that big! that sounds huge brother! any thought of posting pic's? I'd like to see that girth, anyway enjoy that thing and don't be a stranger, take care
