Very interesting. A lot of text.
They mention that they treat the fat, and contrasts it to unsuccessful surgeries with non-treated fat.
They do not mention anything about coming back for additional injections - I might write and ask them.
It's the first time i come across a clinic that doesn't perform surgery on patients who have tried to lengthen their penis using a stretching device. This is their explanation why:
"Patients who have used such devices have often reported that either during, or shortly after, applying them they suffered markedly impaired erections. In fact, Doppler sonography tests on them later revealed extended AA and AV shunts – in other words, bridging between blood-vessels that alter the blood-flow. Such shunts occur quite frequently and are generally congenital. However, due to long-term use of these stretching devices, which constantly compress the penile distal vessels, it would seem the shunts become distended, resulting in a permanent change in the blood-flow."
I have no idea if this is a valid point. They further state:
"We also employ high quality stretching devices for some post-op care under controlled conditions, which has never resulted in a distension of existing shunts. Therefore, the patients’ problems must lie in their long-term use and/or false application."
Anyone have any information or knowledge about this?
Overall they seem professional, but then again, they offer glans enlargement.

Hahaha guys, I was very close to getting the surgery with them... and seriously, I had the same impression as you when I read the website.... but now from the perspective I can say- don't believe in everything you read (which should be so obvious on the PE forum)... there are only 1-2 threads about surgery at UGRS: forum.penisdicke.de/operation/14491.htm - that's in German, but if you use google chrome it will translate everything for you to any language of your choice ( English translation appears ok to understand what they say). The thing that Dr does is FFT transfer - nothing new to it... He doesn't stage that, so if you get a lump you will have to go back and correct it....the magic "high quality stretching devices" is simply jes extender.... they use big words, for simple things... I was on medication, my documents were sent to me a week before the surgery- in German, so I had to translate it on my own... and I read that my medication wasn't allowed for two weeks before the surgery, so I cancelled. They didn't want to send any pictures of the patients, but they were supposed to be availalble during the consultation (a bit too late in my opinion, once you travel you would most likely end up having the surgery) On the other hand consultants were very nice and happy to talk, so plus for that. I think that FrankBean had a thread about it on MNS, but he went with Viel in the end. Read the German thread I attached and make your own conclusions...

I did not say that they do something new, just that they are aware of the fact that the fat should be treated before injected. And don't worry, i don't believe everything i read.
Thanks for the link, I'm gonna go through that thread

Those fine words are just marketing, the only method that can be successful, starting from the fat cells, that is from fat, is the Celution of Cytori Therapeutics. Celution system provides the possibility of release of stem cells and regenerative properties, which are present in adipose tissue, allowing it to obtain real-time stem cell and regenerative of the same patient. technique currently provides for the application supazienti women who have had a masectomia caused by breast cancer. Unfortunately, the time for this technique are still spreading, long seen the huge costs involved, however hopefully good

Many thanks respecto for the feedback but the guy in the german forum sounds really happy with the result. He claims he has gained 4 cm flaccid and 1.5cm erect length. He didnt mention numbers for girth but he said it was much bigger. Also the scar is tiny. Check out page 9 of the guy's thread where he posted a picture of his 16 days postop.
Its been 4 months since his surgery. Quite interesting but a very expensive option for FFT, costs around 11500k.

I hope that in the end everybody will be happy no matter which option they choose! I haven't checked that forum for a long time (done now a bit), but I remember that there were a few guys posting there after their surgeries, many people post as unregistered users, so it was sometimes hard to figure out who it was. They had a problem with foreskin and wearing of an extender...The pics looked good, but there were no pics erect. That thread was the only info I had on UGRS when I was deciding about the surgery, so in the end I'm still happy that I didn't go for it. I don't want to sound negative about UGRS (as I wrote I scheduled surgery with them and everything was ok till I received documents) and I hope that they are good...however, imagine this: I go for a scaffold surgery- everything is ok, I'm happy- I create a thread saying that I'm bigger and feel great - and that's the only info on the net (btw I'm still happy with no complications, but no final conclusions yet)...I can bet that many guys would be willing to go for a surgery just because I had a good experience...(which was actually the case on MNS, when Noidea had his surgery and was happy...followed by a few guys, who weren't) With scaffolds many guys didn't gain much, bonehead's problems with skin necrosis (fingers crossed that he will get better) etc. and that makes people think. I'm in this PE "business" for 8 years now and read many stories, so please be wise. I hope not to read in a few days that somebody is going to have his surgery at UGRS just because some guy had a good experience. + there was not much info available online on the Dr performing the surgery (except ugrs and his private website).

By the way ,, this foundation was previously named as " Maenner Klinik", a very reputable name in Europe. They were also known for what was called 'The Copenhagen Team in Sweden. www.maenner-klinik.com/

I wanted to ask forum members especially those who are doing manual PE with weights/pumps. On the website here: www.the-european-institute-ugrs.com/usa/Treatments/Treatments-for-men/Penis-enlargement/Types-of-cases-we-will-not-treat.php?goto=text#textIt says they won't do surgery on: 1. As of now, we will no longer perform corrective operations on patients whose initial operation was performed elsewhere. 2. We will no longer perform surgery on patients who have tried to enlarge their penis using a stretching device. The reason for #2 is: We will not perform any more operations on patients who have used a stretching device. We have always had patients approach us requesting operations who had tried in vain to enlarge their penis using a variety of “aids”. To an extent, it could remain of no concern to us – after all, at some stage they will approach us. However there is another, more serious aspect: Patients who have used such devices have often reported that either during, or shortly after, applying them they suffered markedly impaired erections. In fact, Doppler sonography tests on them later revealed extended AA and AV shunts – in other words, bridging between blood-vessels that alter the blood-flow. Such shunts occur quite frequently and are generally congenital. However, due to long-term use of these stretching devices, which constantly compress the penile distal vessels, it would seem the shunts become distended, resulting in a permanent change in the blood-flow. We also employ high quality stretching devices for some post-op care under controlled conditions, which has never resulted in a distension of existing shunts. Therefore, the patients’ problems must lie in their long-term use and/or false application. Therefore, if you as a prospective patient cannot put your faith in us from the start, and are of the opinion it is possible to achieve the same results for only a few pounds using a stretching device – this remains your personal decision. However, as such a decision more or less implies we are barefaced in offering more expensive penis enlargement operations, where this is also possible for a fraction of the cost, we quite understandably fail to find this amusing. To this end, you would have to stand by your decision; with the problem in your hands alone. No longer will we operate on patients who have used a penis stretching device.
So using a stretching device is bad?! Will using it cause impaired erections? Please note, it does not say anything about just trying a hanging device once, or the amount of weight used from hanging. Thought members might find this interesting and perhaps some of you can share you 2¢ with us.

I am not very familiar with stretching or weight hanging (although I am doing some stretching now to restore my original length) but according to the above article, stretching or weight should cause the same problems...don't you think?
I do believe that some people here reported lesser EQ after stretching for a long time. I have to guess that stretching very aggressively will cause some tissue damage and hence reduce EQ?

You bring up an interesting point, Mustang. I read that doing Kegels while hanging with no more than 4-5lbs. will increase EQ. Can some members chime in on this?

No, they don't like people using stretching devices beforehand, as it is really the stretching device that casues that gains. They claim to provide a safe medically proven device for post op stretching. However, this device is actually just the JES Extender, which is exaclty the same as all the other noose type extenders. They are just talking shit. They also claim that Macrolane provides an equally good result as fat. Ignore the information on that site.
