Hi everyone and thanks for messages of support. I am about 2 hours post op, writing from TJ Marriott.

I don't think I have a lot of news about the procedure itself : it was pretty much the same as what was described by SO. I can simply agree with all the compliments made about the team (Dr C., Wade, Christian and another assistant) : they're great. They really made me comfortable - even though I am a little bit like SO : I HATE needles (and needles + my penis didn't sound like an attractive perspective to me at all). They are very caring and nice people.

I told them I was not sure about my coming back for a second session and thus I really wanted it to look natural and as finished as possible after this operation. I wanted something reasonable, not a beer can (no offense 7ish people here, it's just that it would not match my morphology). They understood it and agreed with that decision : Dr C said the procedure was supposed to be an "enhancement", not a radical transformation.

So after giving a little valium for me to be cooler, they did the thing and I was suprised how painless it was. Seriously I don't feel traumatized at all! I had odd sensations at times, but I was really ok. Could even chit chat with Wade and Dr C who's been to Paris a few times and even knew some French words (cool, I know you don't really care...).

Now I must say having emphasized the necessity of a natural aspect (with no gap in the base in particular) may have sounded like I had very little expectations and I wasn't that impressed with the post op thing: could only see a slight difference with before. But I know that it's much too early to draw any sort of conclusion. I am probably at a stage before the swelling starts, then goes down to let the collagene appear. And since I have a bandage I can't really measure. But I really hope the final result will show a real difference. Has any of you experienced the same thing : a first sight that was a little bit disappointing in term of gain?

I was told to monitor my penis and check for any lump and massage them. I haven't felt any so far. Despite the bandage it's retracting and I don't know how to avoid that. Any idea?

I'll keep you posted with the evolution. And since I'm stuck in my hotel room don't hesitate to ask questions!

You're right about the results - I shouldn't consider it now. But I didn't have the wow feeling some others had after the operation. Probably because of the swelling it's true. But we'll see. Anyway it's not painful at all, in spite of the bruising.

As for the flight I actually chose one with a stop at Salt Lake City (cheaper) - so it was about 13 or 14 hours. Yes it is boring, but once you're in you know you can't go back so you just accept it. Just pray for the movie program not to be too bad, and try not to sleep too much before you leave - sleep is a major help.

Dr C had European patients for penis before : an Italian and a Greek I understood. You'll very probably be the 1st from Luxembourg!

Sorry if my English wasn't clear : Yes I feel that my penis is not that much larger now (I feel it's a little bit heavy and wide, but not a great deal). I don't have apparent swelling for the moment.

I don't know actually - it varies according to the spot. I though I heard a 30 but I am probably wrong. I'll ask them tomorrow.
