Ok so i been getting a lot of messages from people who wants to gain length. I actually just started with wieght hanging becuase it seemed as if my gains have slowed down. i use a homemade hanger i made from instructions from thunders. i will find the link and post it here if your interested. and right now only using a 4 pound wieght so my penis can get used to it. But for the one inch gain erect and half inch girth in 8 months, i used a combination. A cheap $99 stretcher, bathmate penis pump, cock ring and wet jelqs. (MY routine) some of this i found on MOS.. here it goes Caution- these are very time consuming
FOR LENGHTH ROUTINE Stretch 1.5 hours take it off and do 500 wet jelqs -REPEAT THIS ROTATION 3 MORE TIMES( this takes about 6 hours)
GIRTH ROUTINE get into your pump of choice (i used the bathmate) pump for 45 min-hour.
After all my stretching and pumping was done i would put my stretched pumped penis in a rubber cock ring for about 4 hours. I did that so all the work i did would work itself. that helped me gain my flacid length FAST> thats the first to come before erect. I did this 6 days a week from april 22-dec. 22 If you want to start this routine i would say do only half time i did 3 hours and work your way up. thats how i did it.

I still don't understand how people can stretch for all this time. I mean sometimes I've stretched with just 1 pound for two hours and I felt numbness and pain. I think it's just me, but i can't understand how people can also stretch with 20 pounds!

navarrayou have to start light and move your way up. some people may never have to even get to 20lbs to achieve success. it's about using just enough to feel strong traction, but not so much that you would damage/injure yourself. everyone's penis behaves differently to penis exercises.
